I'm going to make the new thread shortly, but I am unsure just what to label the manga. Has there been word as to what the official name for the story is going to be? Or is it simply Naruto Gaiden?

The offical name for the spin off is Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring

You can also call it Naruto Gaiden I suppose, if the name is too long for the thread header/title I mean

if it does Kishi will do monthly he doesn't seem so keen on doing weekly anymore dude 40 years old age probably getting to him or jump get somebody different with kishi supervising him. but Bolt manga suppose to be like 3 to 4 mouths before the movie. I kind of think Kishi tried of Naruto.

Supposedly until Summer, since Kishimoto said he was going to be done with the franchise for the foreseeable future then.

I doubt it will be a full fledged series now. Maybe years down the line Kishimoto might want to go back to Naruto, but for the time being it'll end in manga form with this.

be prepared guys, It is only a matter of time now before the anti fans come out into the open here. I've seen them secluded in their own worlds on tumblr and such but it is bound to spill out from there. They're bound to say what trash this is and stuff like how bad thing x would never have happened if say NaruSaku was made canon. It's been peaceful here but Murphy's law is bound to take effect.

Well I'm sure if he's not gonna do it, it'll probably get assigned to a different Mangaka, probably someone of Kishi's approval like a longtime assistant or something, where Kishi just supervises.

the trailer listed Naruto as a Hero, Sasuke as a Master, and Salada as a Rival.
