Please you think being trapped in in ET has been easy on any of them Maryelle is slacker and I'd say has had an easier time then a lot of the characters we've seen. There at a training camp that mainly benefits the guild she runs since that's where most newbies ended up and she goofs off and treats it as vacation. I'm not suggesting she need to work 24/7 but she could have put a bit effort into it.

That's where problem of adaption comes in. In the LN, she is shown doing work (perhaps not quite as much as the others, but she's definitely helping). The anime only emphasized her resting/playing around. So she was putting effort into it, but that's information that would only be known from reading the LN and/or extrapolation.
Personally, I don't think that Maryelle was doing any less work than the trainers of the Ragranda Forest side. Most of the other trainers were just standing around watching the kids and/or simply instructing them what to do, even at the beach. Episode 15 shows that the trainers switch out, but I can't imagine that it was actually tiring for them. I figured that the trainers that weren't present were either doing 1-on-1 training (as in the LN, which the anime skipped) or were having fun.
