I don't think he can beat a Yotsuba. According to the spoilers he prepared an Anicent Magic with magic dogs? I don't remember well for years and attacked Mitsugu with it, he left after this. He is skilled at Ghost Walker though, Zhou is more of a cunning villain.

That One True God thing is a running joke, he is badass and has a nickname referring to Shiva but that's all and he is not really unbeatable, it's just that he mostly fought fodders. What makes him strong are his OP innate magics and his analytical abilities, his powers are rather unique. He is not versatile in magic but his arsenal is complete to deal with versatile ones and he has martial arts training to help his lack of magic talent.

Tatsuya will not be in the spotlight in the following episodes but the ones he will face are fodder so...yes.

edit2: Parasites can propagate. There were a total of 12 parasites that came to the world and 9 were destroyed. They detach a part of themselves to take over the host. so kudou basically found a way to breed parasites from the one he took and made sure they would go into the 16 machine dolls.

Its been a while since I read it, but while not a complete curb-stomp I remember Tatsuya winning relatively decisively, nor do I think he really went all out because he knew who she was.

She also didn't went full out though,since she was trying to convince him to defect to the USNA and hesitated in killing him in their final fight.

I recall one of the Kuroba siblings meeting up with him and having a deal to seperate the loot. 1 each had a parasite... so, unless Kudo managed to find some more parasites, how is it possible for him to make so many Parasite dolls in the steeplechase volume?
