Facebook Fanpage added some photos of the cards from Toaru Majutsu no Index Struggle Battle.
I always thought the cards were just recycled (and vectorized) images from anime, PSP game and LN artwork.

But after looking through those photos, I never saw some of them before.

Yeah that's what I meant. I know the guy is Broly from DBZ. I just wanted to know...why Broly?

As for Saten, after searching I found only one refference with Kanae Itou (Saten's VA) at cca 9:20 in Dragon Ball Yo (OVA), where she had about one line.

Though I saw some MADs with Dragon Ball / Railgun crossovers, so it's most likely that the autor just wanted it to be funny, without any logic behind it

The Japanese text is her shouting "Uiharu!...u!?" (That app for learning Hiragana is really paying off) so I was thinking maybe there was some sort of weird connection between Broly and Uiharu but maybe it really is just nonsensical.

I'm guessing because there were already Mikoto/Kamehameha picture crossovers... so Saten fans would want to illustrate some Saten/ DBZ crossovers as well.

I saw the DBZ/Mikoto crossover at the raildex facebook page.
