Well those are things they would only really use when they truly need it. Not just something they just use everyone. And during the Evil Dragon War, you had all of the mythologies, Ajuka and Sirzechs, almost all of the Longinus possessors, a lot of Top 10 beings, the Dragon Kings, and others on the same side. Well on the other side, you had Rizevim, 7 powerful Evil Dragons (3 of which were HD-level), two Longinus, Lilith, Euclid, a mother and sister complex, an army of Evil Dragons, and Trihexa. And Triheca showed up to the party late (thanks a lot, Rizevim). So why couldn't they beat Rizevim with all that?

i think that was mostly because Rizevim was playing one hell of a game of hide and seek with all of the mythological world

Every antagonist was hiding since they lack the numbers for direct engagement. Cao Cao stated as much when the Khaos Brigade was still active.

In regards to Vol 25, I'm impressed that Artemis managed to fight to a draw against Grayfia who is a Maou class opponent along with Fafnir who is a Dragon King while being supported by Asia.

Was it mentioned if Artemis was retired? I read on the wiki that Ddraig used Penetrate to retire her so I'm trying to confirm it.

Well Artemis is a god and one of the major gods to boot. So not all that surprising.

The game ended while the battle of Artemis vs Bina+Asia(and Fafnir was still going on.

A fight with Grayfia and Fafnir (supported by the best healer in the world) is pretty good for someone who isn't a Chief God, especially given the typical restrictions of a Rating Game.

Also, you may want to change "impressive" to "impressed".

I wonder what kind of power that Star Buster Star Blaster has? A longsword & rifle as a Longinus? It's Balance Breaker must be very poweful.

Now that Sona's team has been eliminated from the Cup, who will Saji fight for?

I have a idea of 3 possible teams that he could join:

1.Team Imperial Purpure- As Sairaorg is Saji's friend & master, Saji could join to provide some additional power, since Sairaorg has only 1 Longinus on his team & no Maou class or God class beings to challenge the other teams. So the power of a Dragon King could be very helpful.

2.Team Asura- While this could be a bit confusing at first, Saji could be approached by Mahabali, who was impressed by Saji fights in the tournament, especially his fight with Ise. As Vritra was a ally of the Asura's before Indra killed him, Mahabali could be trying to boost his team with the host of the Dragon King. Mahabali might even try to draft Saji to help him & Shiva against Indra, as Shiva is searching for powerful fighters to oppose Indra. So having a Dragon King & a heavenly Dragon could very useful.

3.Team Red Dragon Emperor of the Blazing Truth- This one doesn't require much explaining.

Sairaorg is already recruiting Seekvaira to his team. And due to Saji's worth as a pawn in this tournament, it'll kind of be hard to put him on the team.

Same case with Issei. He would have to remove one of his team members just to squeeze Saji in.

Either Team Asura or Team Vajra (Indra's team).

I'm guessing it can cut and shoot through anything.

They can exchange members for the finals, why would it be a problem. Mix and matching members is an added advantage. It gives each team more unpredictability, i don't see why Ise should let go of that chance.
