I sincerely hope no live action is made for Bleach, 99.9% of all live action of animes suck hard. Considering the fictional "races" (yellow eyes, dark skin and purple hair) not fitting in with real world races, it would also be a failure.

Takeshi can be a good choice for Bya but he has to lose the tan . ByaKuchi is a classic 80s Bishie a mix of handsomeness and beauty . Nowadays Bishies in anime/manga are just walking traps .

Although I think most of the OP post's choices for the casts are pretty bad...cuz they look nothing like the characters.

Lucy Liu doesn't exactly look like Soi Fon either. Orlando Bloom really does NOT look anything like Ishida...

Johnny Depp (sp?) As Mayuri, since JD has been playing mad characters lately.
Orlando Bloom as Yumichika, since Bloom is the most feminine actor in Hollywood.
Tom Cruise as Aizen, really good looking and also kind of a douche.
MC Hammer making his surprise acting debut as Espada #7 (whose name I will never bother to learn)
And maybe Sean Connery as Yamamoto.
