This cover is decent-looking, Miyama's anatomy and perception of spaces knowledge is zero, all the illustration are full of mistakes ... but this one is acceptable ...

Well I don´t think she will become Ise´s Queen, because this would be to soon. This role is to important to give a random person this position. The Queen should be someone how know Ise well. I think, that Ise queen should be Tiamat since she is the only female Dragon.

That fateful encounter could either mean she'll hook up with him, or it could just be because of the connection to Siegfried and they won't actually hook up (or maybe they will). It can be anything. So let's jut wait and see for now.

But yeah, the Devils in this series don't have tails.

Just kill off Riser and give his harem to Issei. He's not contributing anything to the series anyway. Then turns out despite all of Riser's boasting, they are all still virgins. So It's perfectly fine. Plus Issei needs some twins in his harem.
