What's funny is how the fake princess has been caught in the act so fast because of the "Water reflection theory" XD;;
And Inaho taught Asseylum about it, so since the fake said the wrong thing, obviously she would get caught as a fake so easily. Also the fact they already know about the disguise tactic with Aldnoah, so yeah... fake princess BUSTED ALREADY SO FAST >_> |

And yes, brain damage untreated is usually fatal. I don't know why you think I said it was the tears. The only tears he ever consumed were from his sister and I did say it was the princess' blood they carried that was the key. In any case, this was a great start for the new season for me, but I'm left wondering where we're gonna go from here. It's only the first episode and our heroes have already ventured into space on an unknown mission, but presumably to fight Saazbaum. I can't imagine this lasting more than a couple of episodes. Do they plan on inserting flashbacks to show what happened during the 19 months? |

Now all who said Inago poster was just sample and he is actually dead > better luck next time (try again with Slaine death). And it look like drinking royal blood will give you Aldonah power.... |

Holy shit, this circle jerk on Slaine hate is really annoying.
Did he not save the princess in that episode? He save Count Saazbaum, why? So that he can save his precious princess. Does anyone actually think maybe he is doing this do bring down the royal family and whole Martian monarch system? Maybe he realizes how corrupt and problematic the Martian system is after seeing how his "precious princess" almost died. So maybe he wants to change that system cause to protect his "precious princess". I keep mentioning princess is because the only the Slane give a damn about is the princess, nothing more nothing less. He doesn't have any ambition, all he care about is her. He was tortured for hours just to be sure that she will be save and risked his life to find her. So maybe instead of this irrational hate, can we get some logic in here?

Main factors in brain damage are: -blood supply, and if cut, for how long -hematoma, compression, infection -direct damage vs hypoxic damage -area of brain, (rule of thumb, as long its not concerned with autonomic nervous system, it should be more or less good) -coexisting health conditions In this case its mostly direct damage, infection and area of brain. With my limited medical knowledge I'd say he'd be fine, but need occupational therapy. If you need me elaborate some points I'd be more than happy to. Medicine is one of my better versed subjects. |

Sure brain damage may not always be fatal, but they way they kind of wiped it all away with him only having mechanical eye and being up and about was just unbelievable to me, especially with Asseylum being laid up like she is. As for what they are going to do next, I think we'll begin to see Slaine's plan unfold (the guy has some kind of plan going on, I'm pretty sure of it). We'll see how the Terrans do in space, though even I'm pretty surprised that the world survived for a year and a half against the Martians despite the fact that they were pushed to the point of near extinction but a couple of months after the assassination attack. As for Slaine, I'm going to wait a while to pass judgment. I can't help but think that there is more going on here than meets the eye. It's the same reason why I knew when I kept seeing Asseylum in the PVs and the only thing she was doing was talking on a mike that I thought she was a fake.

Besides, if he left her, for all intents and purposes she should have been dead already, she would have been saved the same way Inaho was and probably not sitting in a tank as doll to lust over.

I'm interested in medicine as well. I'm a biochemist by profession, but I'm beginning to look more towards the medical as well. As much as I was unimpressed by this premiere, I actually love to talk about the medical parameters of his injury and what could have happened.

Yeah, he made a deal with the man that almost killed her because that was the only or rather the best option to save her.

Am I the only one who doesn't care about how those two survived? And more concerned by the fact Slaine was shown as a good shot, during that brief space battle? Yet this is the same guy who couldn't kill two bloody people, one at reasonable range and one who couldn't get any closer without giving you a kiss on the lips.
God dammit Slaine, your shooting skills have a mind on its own. |

So uh, has it been explained yet why the Martians don't just bombard the Earthlings from space instead of going down one by one to be beaten in close quarters mecha combat? I'm pretty sure the Martians used long range missiles, jamming and orbital meteor bombing in the first season. The lack of combined arms is really perplexing to me. What strongholds do the UFE have anyway with Beijing, Tokyo, North and South America along with Russia having fallen? None of this is making sense to me.
