Not necessarily, but it must be something that could be countered by electricity, which means most likely it does fit the vector definition of Raildexverse.

Mikoto was taken aback not because of a force, but because of the reaction between the two AIMs. It's more of AIM interference than a physical clash of abilities.

Probably. We have yet to find out the exact mechanics of Misaki's ability. Currently, all we know is that her ability activates at a push of a button.

Great opening. Misaka Queen makes for a very charismatic and compelling villain with an awesome character design, and it was interesting seeing Kuroko scolding Misaka - I don't remember ever seeing her be harsh with the girl she normally fangirls over before.

She's the annoying type of Burikko (ぶりっ子) character, but eh, she has cataracts in both of her eyes, so let's forgive her. I-I mean, that's why she has star-like things in her eyes, right?

My assumption has always been that that's not her main body and she's just mind controlling some girl 24-7 and seeing through her eyes, etc. Those are the same "sparkles" that her victims get when she mind controls them.

Either that, or they're just part of her character design and visual shorthand for imposing her will on others.

That power is pretty scary. Basically, the only reason The Queen hasn't conquered the world yet is beacause there are other people stronger than her. (like Accelerator and Misaki Misaka.)
