Don't use "drugged, it has such a negative connotation. Rather say that he helped the king and queen grow closer together and granted them their wish of having more children.

It seriously isn't drugging. It's just some...viagra I think it was called? Gave em something like that and the MC also later on gets this magic item that helps increase chance of pregnancy which he lends out.
