I meant during the rematch with William, he began calling them the Duke's knights due to their status as heirs fighting together. After Melida defeated him, regaining the sun light, the audience cheered them calling them the Duke's knights as they walked off the field hold their bodies together for support

What's happened in vol7 are less effective than vol8-9.
I don't think Melida could take credits by that.

Melida&Elize are hiding in new school. It was principal suggestion (old-school old principal). And new school fine with its. Other Duke family's heir seem close each other. Until Legion start collecting history books. They demand the black book that school has. However Mule steal the black book to find her past. She hide in the labyrinth. School already tell legion about that. They don't care. If school don't retieve the black book themself, legion will come to school. They'll know Melida &Elize is hiding here.

After Kufa talk with Almedia. He ask principal about the black book. Principal mention situation of school. Noone know where is Mule. Only Kufa notice from old love letter. It's code can be describe location. That why Kufa&girls can follow Mule.

I agree that. Next volume is short story again. I think the author'll put school life around vol10-11. Then release Vol12 next.

My theory of plot

Spoiler for Theory:

Noble are weak as now day.
1. They lose many men at war.
2. New noble population is non mana-user isn't the 1st case. Seem they hide its.
3. Effect after Serge's arc. Starting the conflits.
4. The last one Lycantrope are OP. LOL

It was already proven that William Jin is the eldest son of the William aristocrat clan but they threw him out the moment they found out he didn't have any Mana gene and replace him with his little brother. Apparently there are other children who are like Melida and Jin however in her case, she still made publicly as the heir of the Angel clan. Her situation is somewhat still a mystery

For the future plot, I would like to see

1. The duke's heirs to explore the world they were sheltered from and use their power to protect the citizens like they were meant to
2. William continues to assist Kufa despite being on the run from the guild
3. the other heirs finally learned why Kufa is called a Devil Sensei as he trains them
4. Fergus finally does the right thing in showing his daughter his support she wanted by aiding her group
5. Learning more about the vampire species

For Kufa and Melida

Spoiler for possible future:

1. Finally showing his jealous possessive side when he sees a male ogling her
2. Though Sergei's methods are wrong, his ideas for coexisting with the Lyncanthrope isn't as their relationship help shaping both their societies bit by bit
3. Finally learning his real name and meeting his vampire father
4. Kufaa being gravely injure that his regeneration can't fix him so Melida is willing to give him her blood to help him
5. Admitting to the group about their relationship

In the end of vol 11, He talk to everyone while touch his neck. Maybe the author hints to us about how he became half Lycantrope.

Anyway what he talk is about manmade Mana-user he met. That is a prototype. With their method cause the suject lost memory. Same with Lycantrope transformation. (I don't understand this. -*-)

I think he meant that the lower level Lycanthropes like the Pumpkins or man-made like the chimeras loses their memories and identity become mindless tools. Werewolves and the big spiders looses their true name but still kept it hidden in their possession as detailed in vol.8 I believe. don't know yet about the vampires though

I think that both Mule and Salacha are drawn more towards Melida's strength and determination to never back down than with Kufa. She already proven to be the strongest out of the heirs despite her lower Samurai class and her leadership in vol.7 help gain their victory against William (not knowing that he's withholding his power). The first act feels like they're starting their formation as the Duke's knights to defend Flandore now the 2nd act will explore their bond and their potentials as a team to fight the Legion

I am a little worried about Rose

Since she is Kufa's familiar who awaken her mana but had her memories sealed to live on as human. Wonder if Fergus will discover her secret while manufacturing mana users

We don't know why a commoner like her awaken mana. The reason that Manmade-Manauser are based on her because her background. About Kufa's familiar, only Jack Raven and Kufa know its. She sometime show sight of strange power. Among 3 Duke houses, I don't know Angel house the most.

This is my theory. It's like inject a few disease to make patient create antibody by themself.
We know Mana can counter Night power something. Lets think its in opposite way.
Kufa bite her. That make her infected, and her body awaken her mana by herself.
He make her can't realise Lycantrope power. That why Night power is low. So she doesn't transform. And Mana able to grow instead.

I am curious how close Elize and Kufa are now. I absolutely adore her jealous tsunade streak with his closeness with her Rita.

I think Kufa disobeyed his order in killing her in vol.10 was not only because it would made Melida crumble down but also he too cherished her as a friend or family

I like her reaction of jealous, tsudere. I quite sure that if Kufa go with Rita, Eli'll tag along. It like she don't want to lost Rita to him. LOL. For what happened in vol10, I don't think it's for Melida's feeling.

I think Kufa has sense of justice. Even if that is his mission, he'll create situation for bypass that.
In vol10 that you mentioned, he chose to ruined images of both sides instead.
He is good enough to share his intelligence about medicine to villager in vol4.

Just my thought, maybe he gave his victims a choice to survive too, if victim is a good man. The theme of this series isn't that dark. I don't know the author's style. LOL

She is still the clinging lil sister to her Rita. I like to know how close Kufa and her became as they spend more time with her cousin. Poor Kufa seems to have not yet made it into her favorite list and still seen as a pervert in her eyes. Wonder what happen if she find out about his identity and their secret relationship

I think Kufa' personality has change drastically since his first appearance. It seem he was a cold obedient soldier to his boss and the guild before the plot but spending time with Melida changed him. He began to enjoy her company and the life he always wanted before becoming an assassin. After Melida learned his secret and accepted him, he seemed to be more determine to protect her and making her strong as his feelings towards her became more intense. He also learning to do what's best for Flandore to survive against the Lyncanthrope invasion. Now he was banished from the guild and being hunted down along with the Angels and the other Duke's heirs, it's pretty much them against the world now

I do know that every classmates of Melida help her and Elize sneak out toward the other school in Vol.10. Can't find the fate of Serge's hit girl after his dethrone
