The title doesn't refer to Chihiro, nor Itsuki's wish about wanting a little sister. Imouto sae Ireba II is an actual series inside the novel.

I want to see how the Anime adaption nails these scenes.

I have to stay away from drinking alcohols, though I don't really drink much.

Just saw anime Ep 2. It looks like they moved the scene from Vol 2 where Nayuta feels up Miyako's body for the first time so that it occurs earlier in the anime. It would have been a good thing if the anime didn't cut out the parts that happen after Miyako took off her skirt and underwear too.

Maybe we will see it later when the anime reaches Vol 2's story. If the anime won't show it then I'll just have to see it inthe manga adaptation.

Well, Yomi is responsible for the script and series composition, so one shouldn't mind changes , when it from the author itself. There is probably one or another reason for imo.

Waitaminute, volume 6 is where the RPG episode from a week or two ago happens? And it looks like by the end of volume 6 Itsuki and Nayuta have started their relationship? Could we actually be seeing this at the end of the anime series?! O.O

EDIT: Dangit, or is the RPG episode from volume 4? (There are some RPG world illustrations there too) I have no idea where the anime is in the LN storyline! >.<

The TRPG bits are mainly adapted from Volume 1 and Volume 2. It's a recurring game, that continues in further volumes, but the anime adapted it as a whole session, instead of "Let's continue the game next time!".
