Was MC actually able to impregnate any of those girls he had sex with? (since a lot of the girls are after MC to get pregnant with his baby).

Not all harems. It basically means "stealing lover and leave betrayed other in despair" There is no NTR if there is no official couple first and as long as there is official couple either guy or girl is eligible to be NTRed. And yes this manga is NTR in progress. Peter wasn't stolen completely yet, but he is on the way.

If your standard were applicable (which isn't), all reverse harems would have NTR tag lol.

Revers harem have NTR when the FMC have feelings to more than one male i like reverse harem like fruit basket where FMC have many males loves her but she only loved one and ended with him

not like vampire knight where FMC was slut and slept with two males and didnt choose one

If I was one who put that tag here I would use "NTR♂" instead for more clarity, but it's not big deal. If there is no specification it's anyone own fault jumping conclusion about gender neutral term.
