For the shounen aspect of things and how it may have boiled your adrenaline to the point of wanting to do a kame-ha-me-ha after a prolong AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAA scream to power up due to the mere sight of our shounen hero who is filled with purpose.... I can follow the line of thought. As a Gai-fan, his forward hip-thrust is nothing short of hypnotic. Was Ichigo doing any hip-thrust?

If they wanted to do something like a K-On OP (with all the dancing and all), they should just do it like the K-On Op. Get the bunch of female characters to form a band singing, dancing, riding bikes, etc. I think it will be very cute.

My favorites are D-Tecnolife by UVERworld (2nd Intro) and Ichirin no Hana by High and Mighty Color (3rd Intro). And yeah I think that HEAT THE SOUL 6 has pretty much kickass intro that should have been used in anime but, what can you do.

My favorite openings are "D-Technolife" by UVERworld and "Velonica" by Aqua Timez. Favorite endings are "Houki Boshi" by Younha and "Life" by Youhi. But really it's tough to pick anyways since Bleach has some of the best OP/ED songs for any series that I've seen.

Favorite ending is EAAAAAAASSSILLLLLLY Mad Surfer by Kenichi Asai (no. 20). One of the few songs that matches the hip quality of the design style (IMHO)
