Just posting to say that I just recently saw the third picture drama.

Very interesting episode. It starts off with Hodr, Sigyn, and the higher ups watching a sparing contest between Narvi and Ersa. As the match is going on, it would seem that Ersa has the advantage until Narvi out manuvers her and takes the win. What is interesting is that Hodr decides to partake in the battle and it ends up with Narvi sparring against Hodr/Graham. Yes, you read right, Hodr was piloting his golem with Graham riding on his shoulder. Again, Narvi is losing against Hodr until she out manuvers him for the victory. The picture drama ends with Hodr giving a speech.

Yeah I thought unsorcerers were like ultra-rare, even if another nation had an ancient mech all they could do is study it, which could lead to an enemy that utilizes Delphine like technology.

This is certainly one strange anime, one minute some crazy witch slaughters True, who I had grown to like, the next she's all hot and adorable. What in the world am I supposed to think?

i feel Rygart needs something like a gatling gun, not the little throwing darts, currently he has no ranged attack at all

Remember since Rygart is an unsorcerer he can not manipulate quartz, therefore he can not use ranged weapons. They would need to create a completely brand new firing system for him that is compatible with his Golem. The dont even know how it works. So to date there has been no reason not to use the compressed quartz system. Not only do they not have the time to develop the tech from scratch but i dont even know if they would know where to begin.

Therefore, the fighting potential in a Golem is theoretically unlimited but that depends on how strong the sorcerer is who acts as the power source.

As we've seen, top pilots like Zess can fire bullets further than what the average user can do. Girghe on the other hand can increase the density of the quartz to the point that he can slice through anything.

For the Break Blade, if we were to apply the same comparison then it's fighting ability exceeds that of any golem because it's power source is obviously a fusion reactor. So the ability of the machine is limited by how good a pilot Rygart is and even people like Girghe, Zess, and Borcuse can make him run for it.

Are u sure that\s how it works, I thought Zess could fire farther was because he had a large caliber gun compared to the rest.

i really want to see a Zess vs. Girge fight though.

I don't think so since he was the one shooting and not his comrades.

Then you also add in the part where Rygart comes charging in his fortress armour. Only Zess is actually able to do any damage on it.

Well,Zess's bullets have more weight nut his aim is also more accurate so he only concentrated on penertrating an small area on the armor.

Technique to slice through Quartz has no thing to do with power of socerer,even Lygart can do it but it requires special training and equipment.

Theorically,the more powerful the socerer is the more powerful his golem become.It only true if the Golem can withstand the stress the socerer put on it.Every machine has its limits,of course,emtremly good pilot can overcome them but it means sacrifice the machine for temporary performance.Just ask Amuro Ray at the final month of OYW, he became so good that his machine can't keep up with him and become a nightmare for the mantaince staff.

The movie site was recently updated. More stills for the final film have been released and it would seem it's going to be an anime orignal ending. The trailer for the final film has also been released but I am getting that "Service is not available in my country" message.

I think it may have been. My apologies if it is so for reposting. I am waiting for the PV for the final film to appear so I can see what scenes they used. I am sort of curious to see what rout the animators took if they are doing an anime original ending. Also, I think the upcoming film is going to be delayed due to the current events that are occuring in Japan right now. I am hoping and praying that the country recovers from what has happen.

The first four films have been subbed. The 5th one is not due out for home release until May with the 6th still unknown for it's BluRay/DVD release.
