The final promo video for ACE-R has been released. Seems like the surprise was the inclusion of SRW OG series in it.

Plus, looks like it'll have fully-voiced character interactions just like in ACE3. Now, I wonder...would they do a Sara meeting Sheryl scene or something?

Hey guys, hope this is the right place to ask this:

Do you know the macross model kits? For example this one: http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN958129

The only thing I found were some reviews on dalong.net and manual translations on mech9.com. I don't speak korean, so those reviews are not really helpful. Maybe you guys can answer a few questions for me. Are these models any good? I have build gundam models in the past. I guess they're not very different, right? Let's say I would build a super or amored VF-25. Can you take these super/armor parts of or do you have to buy all 3 different kits if you want the different versions of the plane?

I still don't have any yet, but I know people who do...and yeah, they are like the Gundam kits, except MUCH more complicated. Technically, you can remove the armor as you wish, or transform it into any of the three modes. In practice, however, you've got to be careful (and skilled) in order to do so.

Latest Famitsu scans show new Macross Frontier game for PS3, "Macross Trial Frontier".

I say, it's good to be a fan of MF and have a PS3.

I might leave this just in this thread until it can really be confirmed, but...

It looks like we might have a release date for Itsuwari no Utahime!:
October 7th

Spoiler for Images and Japanese text from a certain blog...:

Summary: A "Macross Frontier: Itsuwari no Utahime PS3 Game Hybrid Pack" will go on sale on October 7th. It will supposedly contain a BD recording of the first movie, special news flashes, CF Ranka, CF Sheryl, Weekly "Toro-Station" etc...

(I don't know what CF means...and neither did poster #645)

Yes the hybrid pack will be for PS3 and i think it will contain the BD of the movie and a new Game called "Macross Trial Frontier", here are the full scans:

Oh and i think the release date is October 7 not 10 and the price (for the whole pack) will be 7140 yens.
So if the movie comes with this pack that means the DVD/BD must be released the same date of the pack or around it, right?

No money for doo-hickeys like that, and I had the money, I'd rather buy an upgrade for my PC.
