I disagree, I found it a great scene that showed Alicia was fully willing to sacrifice herself to protect her loved ones.

we could also argue that Alicia still hasn't known how to effectively control her power, and maybe in her deepest mind, she actually wants to die coz she thinks she can never go back as a normal girl..but Welkin convinces her and as ppl said, love conquers all

1)We didn't see Fabio die on screen so it didn't happen. 2)Even if Fabio did die, he would return as a heroic spirit! btw Spoiler for why?:

Wha?
Quote:
Quite, but the game heavily implied she knew what happened. Like ppl have said, it's innate, an awakening, etc.-they don't need an instruction manual. Now my post sounds like a comparison |

..What the hell is this? It seems like ALL anime ending of the this and last year is crap. ==
-I still can't belief Max, whom was calm and reasonable turned insane. And in the end.. Lelouch - I mean Albert Wesker - oh no no no I mean Max gets mutalated by too much POWER and dies... == Really? Well, at least Alice gave him a blow job before he died. |

Oh dear, well that was about as good and accurate overall as the Disgaea anime adaptation, complete with a "not quite the ending we were looking for"(or me anyway) factor.
Spoiler for credits:
Man after loving the game, i was pumped, I really wanted to like this anime, I tryed so hard. Alas |

All video games turned into anime series seem to be lackluster anyway and we don't expect anything great about them anyway. Looks like everything was rushed and we barely get any explanations on a few things. I hope this won't be licensed.

I don't know about you guys but I'd think the epilogue would've had more of a hit if we'd actually had some sort of development for the squad members. I mean I felt nothing except maybe....yeah no one.
I mean would it have killed the writers to give at least an episode or so to flesh out characters like Marina and Jann for example? Or that blond hair boy? |
