For some reason i imagined...Uryuu Ishida...ehh i mean Uchiha Sasuke...or well his voice actor saying something like: ahh a fellow mantle lover...Ichigo was great with his mantle...but it only lasted for 5 minutes. I wonder how long Naruto will keep his on...

edit: oh looks like he's standing on a frog, im hoping gamakichi, since kishi's drawn naruto sitting on him for soo long, i wanan see what his new "previious generation surpasses teh old so i am better than gamabunta by default" abilities

I'm trying really hard not to get my hopes up too much because Kishimoto just loves to embarrass Naruto, but... Naruto ownage + new GAR outfit? This might just turn out to be the chapter I asked for in the "if you had the chance to create your own episode what would it be like" thread.

Oh my god, I'd laughed seeing Naruto appear on top of a frog and in front of Pain, like "hello", while Pain is still in the air.

Four pages already... that's nothing yet. This will be the ultimate chapter. Two weeks of waiting while discussing this loaded chapter. My my, people will go mad.

It's a little off-topic, but I just realized what many of you might have realized before...

Kaze = wind
Shippuu = hurricane (made of wave & wind, isn't it?)
It's nearly a little too obvious... I have no doubt about Naruto's second element anymore.

I seriously don't understand the orange jumpsuit. I mean the cape is flashy enough.

I think that symbolizes that Naruto is on half way, i mean he has his old jumpsuit but he also has that cape similar to the 4th hokage's. And the cape is half length, so Naruto is only half way to become hokage. So we can expect both screw ups and ownage from Naruto, but when he screws up he will have the frogs and other villagers to help him. I guess the best way for him to get infromation on Pain is to use kagebunshins while he is fighting Pain. When Naruto finally gets his full length hokage cape that will probably be the end of this manga, so it's better for not to ask for it

Nah... Naruto is a gold mine to WSJ, i dont think in a near end for Naruto, maybe the end of the Akatsuki's Arc.
Looking the robe, i think in a mix from Jiraiya's and Yondaime's robes...

That pretty damn similar to a scan I saw earlier today of his new look in next weeks chapter. Change the Konoha vest to his orange and black top, add J-Man scroll, and there you have ity. The new look Naruto.

Yep. The cape, as I like to call it, is much too short, and I can't say I find those sage eyes to be too cool, either. Way too many bright colors, as well. He's never find success in recon or assasination missions dressed like that. Overall, not a very majestic appearence.

LOL Still, I'd go with Guy's suit over Naruto rainbow inspired outfit any day.

And I was thinking, wouldn't it be more convenient to just summon the scroll whenever he needed it instead of carrying it around all the time since its so huge?

Thats what i think - the scroll is a KB. Pretty fucking awesome idea i was thinking that naruto should have a KB henge into a piece of paper and hide it under his forhead protector

I believe that scroll lists the contracts between Humans and Frogs and all the frogs that are available. >_> Its big
