Rather than cutesy, it is more a result of Kamachi's sardonic tone on war with Heavy Object; even factions in the story have names like The Legitimacy Kingdom and Capitalist Corporations.

Nope. Most of the characters have surnames based on cocktails.

For starters, the four characters shown in the PV are Quenser Barbotage, Heivia Winchell, Milinda Brantini and Froyletia Capistrano.

They just did Fūun Ishin Dai Shogun last spring, though that was a split between them and A.C.G.T and I don't know who did what, or care to find out.

They were also responsible for working on Gunparade March and Rescue Wings as well a few others if you check the list of works they have done in the past, but they're mostly forgettable and doesn't receive much attention now that they're foreshadowed by numerous LN adaptations the studio have done.
