Doesn’t seem to have been a dream. His original timeline where she had so much experience he didn’t know the others, and Miyama was barely a passing acquaintance, so this is clearly still the timeline where he confessed to her during the play. The fact that she remembers going on that obligatory date makes that much clear. And as such, whether he succeeded in having sex with her that night or later, he was most certainly her first and only. It’s just that now that the power is no longer needed the stuff that happened under to now has begun to fade. He still remembers but he’s more focused on the future than the past, and the memory’s become almost like a dream, though he knows it wasn’t.

Honestly I kind of prefer it this way. He's still in the final path he created, but now he's actually living it. Up to now, anytime he jumps forward it's sort of like he's just occupying that life; he doesn't have any memories, he just sort of replaced the self that'd been living and working up to that point. He always has to struggle to figure out just who he is this time around, where he works, all that stuff. Now, it's his past timelines that are becoming harder to remember as he becomes more and more the man he is now. All those timelines are frankly a kind of baggage, and really unnecessary for a man who's finally started looking forward instead of back.
