I thought so to until I saw for my very own eyes a Rie Kugimiya character. Trust me it's possible. However, I agree about the Nanoha thing being kind of iffy. I don't equate Nanoha with hot blooded at all, but somebody like Shana I do.

I can't decide if Seto or Gurren Laggen had more GAR. Seto is so moe and so gar at the same time, its epic. By far surpasses Nanoha as the show with the most moe and gar. I still have one computer to vote with yet. My vote will be
