I guess I'll admit up-front that every vote I've placed for a Negima character has been for the manga versions. Neither anime adaptation has inspired much love for any of the characters in me. Except for Chizu-nee in Negima!?

i thought only a-1 had a match today... i guess i didn't look at the dates correctly... i don't really want my earlier predictions to come true... well i do want some of my predictions to come true, but today i'll be voting against oen who i predict will win...

A-1
eva... i even made a sig for her just for todays match... it's not like i'm not moe for shana, but i'm just more moe for eva-chan... come on.. how can you be not moe for an evil eternal goth loli...

A-5
abstain... the only character i know is sia and 'm not particularly moe for her...

A-9
tomoe... my favorite RM character... don't really like the dolls that much except for shinku and gin...

@rooboy
almost, if not all who cotes for negima characters are basing upon the manga... both anime adaptations could not capture the essence of negima(read: suck) imo...

I'm not a big RM fan, but Nori wins my support for having to put up with all of the others. If I was in her shoes I'd have kicked the whole lot of them out of the house and changed the locks.
Oh god, I couldn't have said it better!

This girl needs her own show!

Having read 3/4 of the first novel, I begin to know the True Shana (not the LAMEified anime version). Having said that... this is Eva we're talking of and I still remember last year where Shana ploughed several of my favourites down...

Mmm, will we see Tactical Voting here? I don't see either Nori or Tomoe as hyper so it may not make much of a difference either way.

Spoiler:

Korean SaiMoe:

* Oh gratz Nerine! Ayane got 2nd place (with half the votes) too! Chachamaru was convincingly 3rd place as well. Weak group, but satisfactory results.
* Manabi vs Ichiko ended up with 35% vs 27.4%. Misora Naomi, a character of only a few eps in Death Note, got 3rd place...
* A ToHeart2 girl duked it out with !Yuyuko. 36.2% to the former, 31.1% to Miyuki's mother. Surprisingly, Iinchou (Seto) got 3rd place with 15.6% over Yui (LS) with 6.8% - guess genuinely overwhelming character stats beats top Series Mojo.
* Woah, Akiko-san beat Vivio. 34% vs 29.9%, but it's still her victory. Happy to see Seto Ren get 3rd place with just 11 more votes to 4th place.
* Izumi (Hayate) got a minor decisive victory (29.2%). I don't see anyone else significant other than... Puchiko lost...6th place with 7%...
* The 2nd daughter of the Hiiragi family (Matsuri) summoned 48.2%, with the ToHeart2 character only getting 22.7%. Hey, Chikage got in with 10.4%~
* Today's vote totals were in the 1200s aside from Puchiko's weak group.

Spoiler:

* 61: HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Valcionne is qualifed XDXDXDD COME ON RYUUSEI! YOU KNOW WHO TO VOTE FOR! Ehem, Matsuoka Miu, DESU, Yamada Asu, Kaguya (Code Geass), Yukari (OtoBoku), Yuuna (Negima) are the notable names I see here.
* 62: ARRH??????????? Mawari, SHANA, Primula, Patricia (LS, the Mikuru cosplayer), Yukino (Airantou), Namiko-sensei (Kashimashi), Nanaly (Code Geass), MIKAN, NAGI... UARGGGGGGGGGgggggggggggg............
* 63: Nadesico-sensei, Axel (Agito), Sayo (Negima), Azusa (Xenoglossia), Yoko... nothing compared to the previous group.
* 64: SMALL! Dejikko (+10 years), Chizuru, Isumi (Hayate)... a pretty void group.

-----

Say, in the main SaiMoe, do we still need the "@series" bit inside the <<>> brackets?

My votes go to Shana and Tomoe, I didn't vote for the A-5 match because I don't like any of them .

Think I'll head into this one with Shana, Sia, and Tomoe.

Partially since I want to keep support up for all red haired flame wielding girls . Hard to pick Shana over Eva but clearly she won't lack support. Besides I'd sabotage my own predictions if I helped her fail here.

Liked Sia as a shuffle character so easy to support her through this one. Can only hope she'll survive a while.

Tomoe....well might as well vote for someone.

The old code generator can still be used, right?

I couldn't find a link (sorry if I missed it) here, so I simply used the one in the old thread.

well since i had nothing to do i counted the votes for eva and shana as of now using the power of the magical alt+f...
the results i gathered is:
eva - 140 votes
shana - 118 votes
i don't know if there are fake votes here but eva sure is making it hard for shana to win... i hope eva wins though, even if it contradicts my predictions...

ps: take this count with a teaspoon of salt since i could have counted invalid votes and i only counted once with no double-checking...

would be interesting to see Eva beating shana ~ call her then new dark horse if you will XD possibly the main reason why she is in the lead atm is due to the fact that everyone expects shana to make it through and so offered a little competition

When I voted I saw quite a few vote for Kagura, although I voted for Tomoe, I would like to see Kagura benefit from the vote split between RZ fans .

For some reason, after entering the code page, I waited until the allotted time to allow my code to generate. When I hit the "refresh" button, instead of generating a code, it asks me to wait until another time slot, this has happened twice already. I don't know if this has something to do with my proxy or whatever.

So the illustrated instructions has to remain uncomplete for now.

Sorry about this, guys.

Weird, the same code generator page worked fine for me.

Have you counted all possible variations of the names? The main tournament is a lot more lenient - for example "エヴァ" (Eva) and "えヴぁ" (Eva) should also count.
