I'm just going by the RAWs so I could be wrong, but he clearly reacts to noticing that Hasami's zombie is naked under the cloak. Anyway, it doesn't look like that he gets embarassed or anything that would be OoC, it's looks more like he complains "is she really naked?" / "why is she naked?", and then he gets angry with Estelle when she tries to take her clothes off.

No, manga Accel hasn't begun working for AC's dark side yet so his knowledge of it is not that high. Barring maybe knowledge of the Kihara family I can't see what Accel could tell her about it at this point of the story.

btw, as long as acel doesnt study magic or martial arts (or weapons) i doubt that he could help her in any way

I'll admit, Accelerator was pretty badass in that chapter. There is enjoyment to be had when watching him curbstomp villains that were shown to be a big deal just a few chapters back. I'd feel sorry for the Scavengers if they weren't such huge assholes.

Though, I enjoy Accelerator more when he is up against people who can actually put up a fight against him.

Chapter 17 was epic it had everything a fan of Accelerator need. Accelerator been a badass. Seeing people's react to him been badass. And the feeling of fear i get every time i see Accelerator like that but i love so much that feeling is what i went.

I don't know what the other chapters have in store but i hope they're as good as this one.

That's impressive. He hold back and didn't kill them but probably made the Scavengers traumatized.
I have a weird feeling in future chapters the Scavengers become Accelerator groupies who worship him.

cr*p, and i thought kamachi would let accel stay a psycho-killer until much later (after Vol.12)(like he was in the LN), he killed hound-dogs like nothing in the LN but the moment he becomes the MC he doesnt kill the psycho-girls anymore :/ (or anyone else
