These things are just confirmations of the spoilers, this time people on 2ch provides a nice bit of information.

To the point:
-Kudou assumed the blame for all the events on previous volumes, Maya knows the implication of Koichi in those events.
-Koichi just wants to shut down the Yotsuba clan and that's why he insist so much on the engagement between Mayumi and Tatsuya.
-I explain that on my previous post (mayumi).
-Lina leaks information about the assassination thing and the nuclear bomb to Tatsuya and Miyuki, since she can't leave USNA.
-And about the last thing, Maya refuses every single marriage proposal and that's why I said "go to the garbage". In the end Maya is the winner on vol 17 and Miyuki- Tats can stay together without much problem

Honoka is talking with Miyuki to reconcile, because Honoka was with a really sad attitude the last time after the news of Tatsuya being Miyuki's fiancee. Basically Honoka refuses to talk with them the whole time.

According to anons at 2chan, seems like female heads (Futatsugi Mai (#2), Mutsuzuka Atsuko (#6), and Yotsuba Maya (#4)) have some kinds of solidarity. And, Mutsuzuka Atsuko seems admiring Maya.
Atsuko also knows about Shibata Katsushige. And, some of anons were confused because members of Yotsuba are known to hide their identity in previous volumes.

Based on confirmed spoiler by Izumo, it sounds like Koichi's objective is not really balancing out power between 10MC but screwing Yotsuba and Maya. I wonder what he will do in the future. He is obsessed with Maya enough to use his daughter as a tool to weaken Yotsuba. Definitely, he may do something crazy in the rest of 10MC Arc. Tatsuya already learned Koichi's weakness during Kyoto Arc while talking with Mayumi about Nakura, so we may see Tatsuya plotting against Koichi.

Would be funny if Tatsuya's way of getting even with Koichi is making Mayumi his mistress and taking her in the Yotsubas. That would make the clan even more 'powerful'

Why not, a strategy that being planned very carefully for around 15-17 years by Maya should run smoothly. She isn't like Koichi who doesn't have any impressive plan at all, that's why he always fails

Besides Yotsuba (Maya) doesn't have really much smooth things going on until now. The dahan incident scarred them very much; half of their powerful magicians died while Maya was gang raped brutally and made her insane & dangerous. It's time to let Maya has her own fun.

I don't think, Maya will mind, or she may get interested if Honoka can influence Tatsuya emotionally. If Honoka can influence Tatsuya, Maya may use Honoka as another pawn against Tatsuya.
