It is, isn't it.

But I think more people feel for Marina than Setsuna, and they just want to see them together for the sake of seeing them together

As for me, I am happy Hal finally got on with Marie in the 2nd season, he was working so hard at it and deserved it. This is one of the rare instances in anime where a guy worked so hard to get a girl. Just for that, it gets my full approval.

oh come on really like what try to put back set-mar even whole flop time they get in 2nd half really just forget it set-mar is gone & buried.

besides maybe they should stick with set-feldt unless new twist on the way???

Personally, the way I see it, pairing Setsuna up with anyone, no matter who it is, is destined to flop. Even if Sunrise continuously teased us in the Marina-direction.

Yes, that flop includes Feldt. I really can't see how all-of-the-sudden that is going to work in a 2 hour movie. Even if they included that pairing in the movie, I will most likely end up unconvinced.

If the trailer pics are to be interpreted at all literally then it looks like this movie might give Andrei and Saji a bit of closure with Sergei and Kinue respectively.

Other lol thoughts:

- Goodman looks way to happy to be dead
- Soma is looking kind of tsundere
- Wang, Nena and Hong Long look annoyed to have gotten punked at what should have been their finest hour.
- Ribbons, Alejandro and the innovators seem content in death
- Goodman apparently makes a fine set of pastries.

It could work if they tried the Lyle-Anew Approach, show them flirting Alittle then initiate a time skip and have them in bed .

They should just build a mini Gundam that Haro get dock in and I'll leave the rest to your imaginations..

I treat Setsuna and Marina the same way I do Heero and Relena. I don't think Setsuna and Feldt is likely to happen though.

That Feldt has "feelings" for Setsuna was only from Tieria's POV. The question is, what kind of feelings? Or, does he really know the real deal? I'd say, if Mizushima said that it was not romantic at that point, then that's what holds.

Responding to this, even though I know your comment is at least partially tongue-in-cheek: There are differing opinions regarding Lyle/Anew, and I'm one of the people who think the rushed speed still work for them specifically (even though I think they just need one more pre-hookup scene with better dialogue to make the transition smoother). However, it worked mainly because of Lyle's characterisation and situation (brother complex, age, "experience"), as well as Anew's blank sheet status (because acquaintance->lover is easier than friend->lover). Or for another example, Allelujah/Marie got together quickly too but that can be acceptable because in their case, they were given a romance-supporting backstory.

Setsuna's characterisation, on the other hand, IMO is ill-suited for that kind of pace. Therefore, I'm staying on skeptical side while hoping that they won't pair him up, because 90-120 minutes is something I'd rather spent on Aeolia plan/Jupiter and fights.
