In fact, volume 10 begins with chapter 83 that ended with a big cliffhanger.

Continues on chapter 84 that ended with another cliffhanger.

Goes on with chapter 85 that also ended with a tragic-to-be cliffhanger.

Most of the volumes of the manga last about an average of 10 chapters each:

Vol One: Seven Chapters.
Vol Two: Ten Chapters.
Vol 003: Ten Chapters.
Vol 004: 011 Chapters.
Vol 005: Ten Chapters.
Vol 006: 012 Chapters. (The longest volume arc of the manga)
Vol 007: 011 Chapters.
Vol 008: Four Chapters. (The shortest volume arc of the manga)
Vol 009: Seven Chapters.
Vol 010: Three chapters already released and more pending.

Given that in chapter 85, the Dir. Old-man Kakuzawa is about to set the last part of his master plan in motion, I could presume that volume 10 will be ending around chapters 91 or 92.

But only if Okamoto-san wants to make this chapter a very long one, like the first previous ones. If not, then this volume is ending around chapter 89, and I think it should end there. Because I think it'll seem rushed to end the entire manga with several loose ties left to knot.
Therefore, I think if there's the likelihood for Okamoto-san to write an eleventh volume, then that's when he should give out all the climax and the ending.

For clarifying confusion:

That proves that you did not paid close attention to the anime and/or manga.
The son of old man Kakuzawa, after lying to Kouta and Yuka about Nyu's procedence, stripped her all naked and tied her.
He then injected her with a sleep-inducing formula and began to prepare in taking advantage over her. THAT RAT BASTARD!!

However, much to his dismay and doom, Lucy awoken fully recovered from the wounds that Nana inflicted on her in the previous battle. Kakuzawa Jr. attempted to persuade her in being her ally by showing her his horns and being a same species Diclonius. He then gave that crap speech about filling the world with Diclonius and erasing human beings from the face of earth, but he was shortcut during the middle of his speech when Lucy popped his head off and not giving a rat ass about his intentions.

Therefore, he could not laid not even a single finger on her. So, no, he did not raped her, if that's what you meant.

Although in the manga, I'm still wondering how did Lucy managed to put all of her clothes on that quickly, given the little amount of time she had after hearing someone approaching closer, Kouta escorted by Kakuzawa's Jr. assistant, to that perv's private lab.

For the second issue

This is an interesting point of the manga that Okamoto-san will surely touch upon when its time comes by.
In chapter 83 of the manga, after Nyu witnessed Kouta getting shot. Lucy ravagely awoken consciously from Nyu, almost as if was by her own will, and her horns enlarged. She then viciously slaughtered to pieces all of the SAT's, except for Pockey Addict, his Mariko clones, and the sniper who was escorting him.
Kouta witnessed at close hand the massacre, thus triggering his memory back at the time when Lucy sliced her little sister Kanae and decapitated his dad. Sparing him just to make him suffer, due that he lied to her whether Kouta's cousin that he was accompanying at the festival was a boy or girl: a girl; Yuka, and Lucy taunted him that she was going after Yuka at that time.

Therefore, yes, he remembers her as the little girl from eight odd years ago that sliced his sister and beheaded his dad.

Even though, Kouta's not forgiving in both the anime and the manga, the anime Kouta took pity and compassion for Lucy whereas the manga Kouta, after recalling his memory back, loathed Lucy to death and gave her his own trademark glare of revolted rage and utter disdain.
(This happens at the beginning of chapter 84 of the manga)

Still there's that issue left opened about Kouta recalling Lucy-Nyuu as the little, lonely girl that he befriended eight years ago.

This is one out of ten reasons why I'm so much displeased about the anime ending and giving my vote for a "yes" to a second Elfen Lied season for the anime.

However, I'm grateful for the manga because all what I wanted for a continuation to Elfen Lied can I find it in the manga.

ooo hahahah i was pretty much half asleep near that part.... forgive me for not paying attention... but besides that it pretty much clears the confusion in my mind. I dear hope to god they make second season.
