I'm not sure Zabuza looks better without his mask. I was kinda disappointed that under the mask...well, he just looked pretty ordinary. Except the teeth.

I remember reading a little manga where Team 7 tried to see Kakashi's face by taking him to Ichiraku Ramen but missed it. Was that an omake?

That is a gret pic! I always envisioned Kakashi without the mask to have a more jokerish/laid back look, kinda like the Chuunin tournament guy who died. just more of a fopish, tired grin, when hes not fighting of course.

and that manga they bought him some ramen and was going to watch him eat it cause obviously he would need to lift his mask but they got interupted and when they looked back he was done. he ate it sayin style

Kakashi believes that a shinobi's true identiy should never be revealed by anyone (I believe is what you're saying) AND to avoid the hoarded crowd of sex-crazed girls and women alike. E.I. Ayame (aka Ramen Girl) and the best way is to use a mask.
