Alrighty.

It looks like we won't have to worry about "anime original ending".
The director pretty much spoiled us on twitter.

He talks about volume 10 of the novel (which started yesterday, I posted a summary in the novel thread) starting in Narou, and said "read it first then watch it, or watch it first then read? You decide!"

Sooooo. That pretty much confirms we're going to see volume 10 material after the current arc!
