This is exactly what I expected, the art is very faithful to the original version and when I see the color palette, Love Stage!! comes to mind. I can't see Madhouse or J.C Staff not animating it like that.

Looks like the staff from 2ch is likely confirmed to be true but not yet:

I'll be clenching my butt until a studio is confirmed. Silver Link has done their best to capture (and improve on) Maybe's character design and Xebec managed to make a decent rendition of Kentaro Yabuki's art, but designs of poor Vania600 and Uno Makoto were destroyed by a lackluster production.

That looks kind of Silver Link-y to me too. Which means it could conceivably be (ugh) Shaft, though I suspect not. I would say there's a bit of JC Staff in the look of those designs, too.

Now I'm having horrible images of Shaft trying to keep up with a long-running series. By the third cour, episodes would consist of storyboard sketches with a note at the end that everything will be fixed for the Blu-Ray.

Wow, Erina look absolutely gorgeous just like in the manga but animated and my boy Soma looking boss as usual. I love the manga and this will be my most anticipated series along with Aldnoah in 2015.

Definitely can agree with the Silver Link sentiment there, though if the ARMS rumor turns out to be true, it's going to be one of the biggest hype and crash of the year.

Given your pretty noted dislike of certain female character archetypes that I've picked up on I'm not so sure it's the studio you should be worried about here. I'd recommend checking out the manga a little just to see if you can handle the Erina Nakariri character before even considering the anime adaptation cause to me at least she seems like your absolute worst nightmare. Like fair warning here and all.

I'm just going to guess A-1 Pictures for the studio cause as I've kept insisting that seems like the 50/50 these days.

The design of Erina look really good, but not the gorgeous that i had in mind, gonna be following this to know how it will end, since this is one of my favorites mangas.

Maybe Spring if lucky. I doubt Winter though.

I've checked out the manga more than a little, thanks very much. I won't say that's my favorite character but I've sure seen a lot worse.

Looks like Production IMS will animate this show somewhere (can't find the source but SeventhStyle confirms it I think). Inari Konkon Koi Iroha and OreTwin are great but I didn't like their effort put into Date A Live II although I have faith with the studio more than anyone else do.

That list with production IMS was considered fake since it was just a photoshop of an old ad.
