Aloha!
Currently not impossible. Quote:
I think Tatsuyuki Nagai is okay with portraying violent, but I don't recall things being splashy...

If this won't be a full 13 - 26 episodes course, it's possible they will air it whenewer they want. |

Hmmm okay, so it isn't just me...

IF by any chance it's a Spring Anime, that would still leave the big Fall season open... Wasn't it confirmed a TV series?

This could only mean 2 things. Filler arcs or the current arc in the manga is nearing its end and the reason why there are only few pages with the past few release meant that the author is probably busy with this crap or other loads of crap which he always ended up doing.

If it's the same staff, then it stands to reason it'll be the same MO.
However please remember that the so-called filler arcs are still written by Kamachi- The last one even became canon for both Railgun and Index.

But I am still concerned about the "S" in name. Quote:
18 - 30 was ITEM arc 31 - 39 was sisters arc 40 - 53+ is the Daihasei arc. so you have: 17, 13, 9 and now 14, which means it really is near it's end. On top of that Kamachi has NT5, NT6.. , Movie, PSP Game (1 LN long scenario), new Index SS for the BD/DVD releases of this railgun season and other series - Heavy Object, Zashiki Warashi, A Simple Survey and other smaller stuff.. |

And I don't think we are too close to the end of the Daihasei arc. We still don't know alot of what is going on, and how it all fits together.

If the next chapter will not involve some twist in story, and Mikoto/Kuroko/Saten/Uiharu really meet up, 90% of everything foreshadowed so far will be explained during their meeting. I can point you to an entire legion of people on a certain anonymous board, where everyone already has it. |

Holy crap I can't believe this Hold on a sec. *pinch* Yep not dreaming. This came out of nowhere, wouldn't it normally be announced a lot later?
I would've preferred Index III but hell I'm going to focus on the positive side. Either way we get to see ITEM animated at least (not sure if that counts as a spoiler but other people have mentioned it so I will).

I think if it wasn't gonna be a full, actual second season, they would have stated they were planning just OVAS.
I think it's safe to assume that, seeing JC Staffs schedule is pretty empty in 2013 so far apart from the Index Movie, that we will get a full 26 episode series, hopefully in April at the earliest. |
