i'm fine with the visuals even though the characters look plain.

I still didn't understand what's happening. I'm not familiar with the series and the pv shows the imouto has huge brocon problem and believes her brother is the strongest despite getting beaten by big guy. Hmm this is probably typical generic mc that hide his real strength or has conditions where he can use his real strength but generally he is probably weak unless the conditions are met.

I just watched the PV. It's admitedlly not bad as I can see some good animation movements, but not really spectacular either. As we can see on how Diomedéa is working on 4 series this season and the fact that Unlimited Fafnir really hasn't released any PV already show that one will not only have the studio puts the least amount of effort and output on it, it'll even have an even worse animation than here.

I actually liked the background art and it is cool to see at least a gender-mixed magic school trope bringing back even though it is already used way too much, as I've already seen a string of series of "one boy in an all-girls school" setting lately. The only thing I don't like so far is the opening theme, haven't seen one that made my ears anxiously wanting to stay away from it since Sakura Trick's opening theme.

The skimpy sport outfits the students wear are pretty cool and I liked they each wear their own outstanding outfits to combat the monsters. One thing I hope for sure is that the premise can actually explains the whole "reincarnation" thing as seen in the middle of PV.

I feel a bit optimistic about this, but if that part of the premise went well along with a MC that's not entirely perfect nor an idiot despite his backstory, then I'll definitively enjoy it.

EDIT: Apparently there's some off-model shots and the part about the MC's leg movements being drawn assymetric likely for bad animation issues, though they are not too severe from what I've seen like Marcus told me. This is Diomedéa we're talking about, so I can already see the animation not looking too bad in motion during the episodes that is unless they'll prove me wrong with Unlimited Fafnir which will more than likely feature an even worse animation as I said above.

The "imouto" thinks he's the strongest because he is. Problem is, so is everyone else. The premise here is a school full of re-incarnated heroes from other worlds. There are two types (don't remember what they are) and the MC's thing is that he's both because he reincarnated twice. One for the imouto and one for the other girl.

Though for what it's worth, I don't think he actually loses to the big guy.
