The story is too rushed. Focused too much on the plot that the girls and some other characters doesn't really have any screen time.

Older sister got herself a man and is currently pregnant, younger sister has just recently entered the academy so she is still a first-year there.

Both of them has changed from how they were before since they had to adapt to the changes made in the Kingdom after the war (no slaves and girls no longer superior, plus fewer men), and while they are still a bit annoying, they aren't irremediable since at least they would try to protect each other even at the risk of death and even they notice just how rotten in the head were the extremist women like Zola (the one who tried to sell Leon to a old woman).

The term you wanted to use is "bishounen" since bishoujo is for women.

It's revealed later than they were indeed created in the past by the old humans, not as lovers but to combat the new humans who could use magic, but since it has been a long time since then they all forgot how and why they were created so you have the current situation right now (do note than while they are called "slaves" they actually live a better life than most do in the Kingdom).

So for those who have read the manga, remember the two skeleton that were in the place Leon found Luxion? Well, this chapter is about them when they were alive, and also how Luxion got the name "Luxion" and the reason why Luxion wants to protect Leon so much.
