Tough request IMO. Riku Sanjo is not type who will threw lore consistency into dust bin for new form. Especially after:

Tokime transformation into Joker Dopant came with explanation that Joker power is emotion.
Joker can be as strong as it user wanted to be when the user on high emotion state thus Bando said Aurora is the best only because Tokime left.

That's why KR Joker resolved to save people can easily compete with Metal Dopant in movie compare to W that need to swap forms, also Xtreme resonated with civilians wishes.

So far the manga keep consistency that Sonozaki family is the top scientists available outside Foundation X.
Xtreme also able to deal with stronger Dopant in manga by playing around GM combination with Prism Bicker, so unless there's genius scientist available to develop something akin to Accel's for W, we likely stay with Gold Xtreme as peak W.

Probably more likely they bring back Gold Xtreme.

He has more believable power level, and is also one of the very few riders that can successfully (well sort of) demonstrate how knowledge can be a part of power

If the comparison is to reality warpers like Xross Saber and Geats IX, Xtreme is weak despite also possessing X in its name. LOL.



Looking back, Putotyra is Anti-Greed form rather than absolute weapon, Build Genius is similar due to his role mainly to debuff Evolt and his minions.
Cosmic Form and Type Tridoron selling point lore-wise is possessing highest spec and best tools available for their jobs, rather than pure firepower.
Wizard Infinity, Kiwami Gaim, Ex-Aid Muteki and Mugen Ghost are dangerous to the point they have to be unavailable somehow so their cameo didn't steamroll extras and movie villains.

I'd say Xtreme comfortably sit in middle of Heisei second line since W's GM isn't exactly tools like Fourze and Drive but combat support.

Extreme's basic stat is already solid, plus he has the ability to know one's weakness. Even if knowing one's weakness won't work, Joker still can act as a surprised triumph card

Just watched Paradise Regained

To my surprise, I enjoyed it.

Spoiler for Story:

As told before, in this movie, all of sudden Smart Brain is hunting Orphenoch.
As Murakami and Kiba totally gone for good, Kitazaki now is the CEO of Smart Brain who issued the order.
Following that, there's also Kusaka who magically return to the laundry and somehow supportive to the gang compare to before.

Takumi join Smart Brain, obtained Faiz Next and befriending Rena (Muse) in process, who started her debut defeating King of Spade Undead Beetle Orphenoch.
Through some heart-to-heart talking, Rena ended up attached, if not fall in love with Takumi; she views Mari as hindrance, she kidnap her and make her going through Orphenoch-fication surgery to ensure she's next on the killing list. Mari become Wild Cat Orphenoch.

Chaos ensues, Rena decided to side with Takumi only to brutally killed by Kitazaki's steel tendrils, confirming that current Kitazaki is not an Orphenoch but Android.
On the other side, Kusaka, who come to help as reinforcement, think of attacking Mari as soon he learned she's now Orphenoch. Revealing that he's Android too, not a sleeper agent anymore but to eliminate any Orphenoch with knowledge of Ryuusei Academy thanks to Mari transformation.

Kitazaki take Muse Driver, confront Next Faiz as Muse, meanwhile Next Kaixa fight Wild Cat Orphenoch.

As I mentioned in my post before, Next Faiz keep taking L, this time is no exception.
A helper arrives, providing Takumi with the OG 555 Gear as Next Kaixa prioritized supporting Muse.
Through intense battle, Takumi with OG 555 together with Wild Cat Orphenoch managed to defeat Next Kaixa and Muse.

In the end, Takumi and Mari continue living in laundry together.
Unknown to them, Smart Lady celebrates rise of new Kusaka Android, replacing Kitazaki as Smart Brain CEO.

Amount of love poured to this movie is awesome.

Details of Androids have steel tendrils compare to Orphenoch's organic ones, Next Faiz have smoother sound effect than OG, Takaiwa Seiji reprise his role as OG 555 also OG 555 Gear looks rusty on some parts. Muse, Next Faiz and Next Kaixa also have thinner photon lines as if telling all the new features they got come at expense of their durability, unlike Psyga and Orga.

When it comes to writing, once again, a testament Inoue is at his best under high restriction.
Kento Handa and Yuria Haga demand for nice ending instead of OOO-style Anniversary Ending which Inoue preferred, limited amount of old cast they can call back;
Just like Donbrothers, Inoue magically weaved it that you wouldn't mind continuity errors. Even Japanese and Chinese fans amazed by lack of complain to Inoue for this movie.

Android suddenly available on table is absurd, but it worked if you look back to Smart Brain motivation is more or less to obtain immortality.
Android portrayal is not taking screentime but it managed to weighs more than Zero One's 45+ episodes talking about Singularity and Malice; it not difficult to see if SB higher-ups found Orphenoch is outdated by Paradise Regained, Android is the new Smart Brain master race especially with "Kusaka" at the end of movie.

Android itself I believed inspired by smartphone OS due to moment Takumi make his comeback with OG 555 Gear being unpredictable.
Its like telling the conflict of movie is about old times (when value questioned and appreciated it may lead to dilemma) vs. new gens (things quickly move and replaced, value doesn't matter compare to future prediction). There's no correct answer but the end justify the means, as said by Identi-Phi lyrics, theme song for this movie.

Not gonna lie, kind of made me wish Inoue return for another KR series. LOL.

Mari turning into a cat Orphnoch is kind of funny in light of all those times she compared Takumi to a cat .

I'm glad Seiji Taikawa stepping back from being the Main Rider of the shows' let him reprise Faiz here. It made the flick feel all the more natural .

Also it's kind of cute how Ray Fujita started off as a Kaijin, went on to become a Makai Knight, and then came back to become a Kamen Rider .

To my surprise I missed Houtarou and Kajiki being goofy. LOL at Sabimaru can't believe Houtarou think a playboy is cool.

They make Geryon said "Chemy x Story" instead of making it Houtarou power-up for last episode.

Made you wonder if Spanner saw Zunkyunpire army of simps after fighting Clotho and thought, "Professional have standards".

"Hasegawa-san, we only have five minutes for anime-style having fun changing hosts"

Zunkyunpire goal ... is to summon Kingdom Hearts?

From a google search it doesn't seem like it's special per se, just that I guess they think it looks cool enough to focus on for both Rinne and Dread's forms.

That said, leaks say there should be one more level for Dread (his left side for level 2), and then I guess a level 3 that combines both left and right. I did see who they said level 2 should be (guess it comes with the toy, which is how people know which card it is) but don't recall which it is.

Just looked it up, apparently Type Two uses

DaiOhni, which appears to be a level 6. Combined with Unicorn's level 3, that makes 9, which matches Steamliner that it uses as Type Zero. So I guess that's the "alchemy" to make Type Three, which would be 9+9 instead of combining to 10 like Gotchard does.

Every Riders here seems to have their own formula.

Houtarou and Rinne with x + y = 10 -> new form
Spanner with same numbers (6 + 6 or 4 + 4) -> weapon-only.

Dread got a new form and new weapon, might be x + y = 10 as well, but selective.
If the Type Two leaks is true, then they might tried to make it some kind of chimera of Gotchard (Steamliner), Majade (Unicorn) and Valvarad.

This one is lore to trading cards segregation. Chemies are grouped into 10 categories.
Insect, Vehicle, Job, Animal, Artifact, Plant, Occult, Ancient, Cosmic and Fantastic.

Insect to Plant are low rarity cards as they're based on everyday, real stuffs.
Occult and Ancient are mid rarity cards, they're stronger than Insect to Plant; based on stuffs that can't be confirmed exist or not.
Cosmic and Fantastic are high rarity cards, they're stronger than Occult and Ancient; based on myth that rooted deeply in human civilization.

The highest Level (10) Chemies are the SSR, the strongest of its category.
UFO-X and X-Rex are number 10 of Occult and Ancient categories respectively.

Unicorn is Level 3 of Fantastic category, pretty much the best starting feedback for Dread system.
This is also the main reason why base Majade easily stronger than base Gotchard and Valvarad.

Spoiler for Gotchard 26:

Fuga make his debut ... and pretty much dead on same episode.

Then again, while it somewhat hilarious, it tells how top alchemist 'meta' is using homunculus with memory implanted as 'bunshin'.
That means Fuga with tattered clothes who gave Gotchard Driver isn't the real Fuga, especially with how he can hold Sisters and Geryon with help from X-Chemies in Houtarou flashback.

People speculated both Lv. 10 Gaiard and Dragonalos will be used for Rinne final form, now it seems likely with Fuga using Cosmic Lv. 9 (Black Hole) and Fantastic Lv. 1 (Bahamut).

100 Chemies collected. So what coming next, aside of Platinum Gotchard, will be lore.
Considering Daybreak only knew of 100 Chemies as well before his world obliterated, I'm guessing #101 Chemy is Ouroboros.
