anyways, Uiharu was annoying as always. Crazy Telestina isn't as fun as normal Telestina. next ep should be pretty good. i'm looking forward to some Level 5 judgelight playing in the background while Misaka kicks ass. Thank god Touma is useless in this situation. if he shows up and saves the day i'll punch my laptop.

I don't know about you guys but it seems that crazy telestina was just....out of place.

I mean I know she's bad and all and it was obvious but that evil side of her really just came out...

eh... after the first 13 episodes i just skip through the episodes because it's just that boring, I look for cute misaka crap and that's about it, it's really disappointing that 13 episode budget is devoted to this garbage filler, and this really makes me wish for Index style exposition over this cliched filler whatever you want to call it.

As I've told my other friend, unlike Touma or Accelerator, Mikoto just doesn't get expose to many of the dark secrets of Academy City. Sure there's the Sisters Arc, but aside from that? She carries on with her normal student life.

What a powerful episode. Uiharu crying scene was very nicely done, anyone who has deal with someone with a light hysteria attack will agree with me that it is not something you can simply control, and it was nicely shown here. There were a few forced events here and there, but still these episode was a good lead up episode. As nice as the last character exposition episodes have been, a little story and drama cannot hurt as this episode showed.

Sorry, sorry, but seriously, Telestina's facial expression after being revealed for the pycho that she is, was simply crazy...I almost felt sick watching it

As for Kiyama...I want to see her knock Telestina out...she almost did but...well...yeah

She's a Kihara crazy runs in the family. I believe we are looking at an adult Esper though she hasn't exhibited her powers yet. If she is anything like a certain esper she needs the drug to activate her powers. Hence the candy.

Anyway this was best episode that i seen. Love the fight between power armored Telestina VS depowered Mikoto and seeing Mikoto's face that she's been played for a fool was priceless. Kudos for Kuroko to finally slap some sense into Uiharu. Finally, Kongo has her awesome moment of rescuing Mikoto, too bad we didn't get to see.

I giving this episode a 10 coz I Love it! I can't wait to see the final battle!

A very good episode with some good action but I think the next episode is really gonna be a perfect 10/10 or at least I hope it is, can't wait but then im gonna be sad no more railgun.

Pretty good episode.

Misaka's reckless actions lead to epic fail. The final episode should be a interesting battle. Looks like all the major characters will be participating in the battle. Hurray for sharing the screen time.

Is it bad that I'm looking forward to the last episode mainly for the possibility of Index season 2 being announced?
