They're releasing that happy marriage show weekly so it's not impossible to do either. I'm not sure if it's contractual or if they're experimenting or what.

I finished watching it, it was a really good adaptation. The animation was average but they made up for it with the excellent colouring (loved how colourful the clothing is) and voice acting. I really get the appreciate the difference between Kyoto dialect and Edo dialect. I also appreciate the subs going for modern English instead of an older English like in the official manga translation. (which really annoyed me)

I really hope they adapt the rest but I doubt it.

I just thought I'd point this out since I've seen this pop up a few times on the internet since the strikes started, but neither the WGA, or SAG-AFTRA has asked for a boycott of streaming services. Nor would doing so on an individual level be particularly useful.
