Very few of the women who do anything with him are married, let alone have children. There are a LOT of Christmas Cakes, however.

Sarasa, for example, isn't Leona's birth mother. And to top it off, Sarasa and her husband don't actually love each other, it seems. Their relationship was something like her husband was going to help release her from slavery, but he never got around to it. Her husband seems to want to get along with her (she is attractive, after all), but it isn't going too well according to what Hiroto's father heard from Leona's dad. I believe it's mentioned that Sarasa and Leona sleep together in a different bed. Her being 'devoted in mind and body' to Hiroto probably doesn't help their marriage any.

Hiroto later frees her from slavery—not that she was really treated like a slave—but this is kept a secret from Leona's father for some reason, so this will likely be a future landmine when he finds out.
Hiroto does feel bad about the NTR but doesn't really know what to do about it.

oh ok...so is there some sort of prophecy from the goddess when the players will arrive in MH, be it from sages or seers and maybe written. My guess is that they arrive when Hiroto is 15.

So far, it's Sarasa and Elena, and then there's Nelis for the biggest surprise.

Yes, Sarasa and Hainz sleep in different bed, and Hainz often goes out at night, drinking at pub with friends. It's because both of them are not husband and wife, not yet before Hainz free Sarasa from slavery, that's why Hainz haven't touch Sarasa. Sarasa herself calls Hainz her husband as a form of thanks and dedication, saying, "I'm waiting for you". Reason why Hainz never got around it: no money yet. I think Hainz at first avoided the topic about his and Sarasa and Ricardo catch it as things are not going well between them, but Ricardo suspicion eventually becomes true, by his son. If Sarasa didn't meet Hiroto, surely Hainz will free her, and they will become true couple. That is if Liona didn't transform yet

Does this mean that Leona is also reincarnated as they are childhood friends in MH too? Yes, she's reincarnated without memories (she regains them temporarily at a point). After Hiroto got truck'd, the goddess appeared before her and asked if she wanted to hop on the gravy train, and since she wanted to to apologize, she did. This actually makes Hiroto really distrusting of the goddess, since she made Hina the goddamn demon lord.

The only other hints, I believe, are that one of his current party members hides their name and face from everyone including Hiroto (although that didn't stop the skill "grinding"), who Hiroto notes talks like one his friends back on Earth. Except I believe on Earth they were a guy, and they clearly aren't now, so that'll be fun if she really is his old friend.

After the incident, Hina ask Hiroto's mother for a permission to enter his room. Inside, she open Hiroto comp and startup Eternal Magia. She wanted to know about the world that fascinated Hiroto so much. Not long, Hina consciousness fade away and she met Goddess. Goddess told her about Hiroto's fate and after hearing that, she ask the Goddess to be reincarnated as well close to Hiroto. Goddess tell Hina that her wish will be granted but at the cost of being cursed with misfortune.

Hina is another exception, because she is not Eternal Magia player. She has the honor of meeting directly with Goddess, the same as Hiroto. There's possibility like you say, but it still a mystery. I think other players that die will be reborn but not reincarnated, and if that the case, it still the same as being transported (different things are just whether they are dead or alive on the real world, and no childhood period)

He currently has 3 lolis after him already (two are hinted that they're not going to be so loli in the future) and one of the older women after him is a flatty.

But don't expect much in terms of small breast sizes. I did follow the author's previous work before he started this one (rushed ending and wasn't nearly as interesting, but was alright), and all of the heroines were buxom.

Leona was aware he had grinded skills with her (foster) mother and offered to let him 'grind skills' in the future when she gets a bigger zone to grind in, which Hiroto is worried about because while he does seem to like the deed, he still gets embarrassed about it and doesn't want to obtain the bad luck skill. Particularly where he's already using his own extreme luck to counteract Leona's.

His "relationships" with a lot of the oneesans can really be eyebrow raising.


Oh, I'm also reminded of a manga/anime whose title I can't remember where breast milk sucking(?) was also a central story element...thing.

Seems that a lot of the ladies can't wait for him to grow up properly huh.

Also the whole "grows-up-faster-than-their-age" thing is messing up my mental images.
