But they'd do the best job art and animation wise. Besides trying new things and pushing one's (no pun intended) boundaries is what the industry should be about and with a competent director they may be able to pull it off quite well.

I'm just saying that it will be as crazy idea as asking KyoAni to make horror

WIT Studio has nothing to do with Sunrise.

This will be the same as with Prison School, the original source has such a high bar, that the studio that takes the risk of making the anime, will have to give its 200% to make a good job.

Wit Studio is pretty small, I believe, and they currently have like 5 projects on their work list (including Rolling Girls). Can't possibly be them. Yes, it's not sunrise (screw sunrise, anyway).

Agree, they still have second season of Owari no Seraph for Fall, Kotetsujo no Kabaneri, and Shisha no Teikoku movie. And not to mention for Attack on Titan season 2 in 2016.

They won't take a risk that could end up killing their animators like A-1...

Wait, seriously? The adaptation by Murata is epic, can the studio do that? They can't skimp on the budget if they want to make it as epic, for sure. Let's just hope they do the anime justice.

Whatever the studio, the adaptation is guaranteed not to suffer from mishandling infodumps.

It won't be Bones. They have 4 projects on this year and the only one not announced yet is original. Or this series come out next year.

Actually, Toei might be a good choice. Considering the source material, all they need to do is put shiploads of filler scenes....

All signs point to Sunrise. I have no douby they're capable of doing the job in terms of production values, but stylistically they seem like an odd fit to me (though I admit I don't know the material that well).
