Girls' raid team is really united, eh? I like how Nazuna showed some quality here as ex-Debauchery member *even showing her overskill*

so, now... Akatsuki has cemented her position as heroine since she had "high quality" sword, learned her own overskill, has participated in a "raid", and learn to know some friends
She even in a tag-team with Marielle who is Naotsugu's love interest.
Next time, Shiroe would bring her for sure in another raid-mission
well, Marielle is awesome for being lvl 90 and never participate in a raid before... I think all people who got max level at least have experience in raid-battle

can't wait to see Shiroe again in next ep... I hope they are going to wrap up that dungeon soon.

The raid part was well done IMO, it was nice to see girls kicking ass.

Akatsuki (and Leynessia) learnt the power of friendship (eh) and got some nice new gear.

Cant wait to see how they ll do Shiroe's part.

Very satisfying ep overall. Agree with the other posters thus far - it was very nice to see Akatsuki growing and maturing as a player and as a person, and also to see the teamwork of the ladies in taking out the killer. But perhaps my favorite part was seeing her slowly coming out of her shell.

Gave the ep an 8 out of 10 vote.

Can someone tell me? I dont have a pic but...

The scene after they catch the murderer, just after nyanta congratulating them, there is someone (dog race?) like typing something? What is he doing anyway, the animation look so weird i cant make any sense of it

Isn't that one of the stand-ins for the band that sings the OP (Database)? I would assume he's air-keyboarding or air-drumming or something.

That's Wolf, one of the protagonists in the TRPG Replay novel. As I understand, that's his air keyboard motion which he does whenever he is feeling high or excited. Usually this would have something to do with Seine (the dagger-throwing Swashbuckler that joined the party last week) =3

The wolf head is a mask btw =3

And the fight kinda bad. I have some hope when Akatsuki slice under her opponent.
But DEEN failed me again. Battle script probably worse than first season.

Spoiler for Akatsuki Skill:

I was expect DEEN will give us some good fight scene but it look like that still too much asking.

If this series will have a next season I hope it will got better anime studio
My sentimental exactly. SS1 animation is just meh but SS2 animation is almost unbearable to me. I will try to be optimistic and believe that they save budget for Shiroe's raid.

I keep seeing people bash on the animation and I suppose I just honestly don't understand what's so bad about it. Sure it's nothing impressive but it's nowhere near the degree people imply it to be. I guess I'm just pretty relaxed about it and maybe it's just something I'll never get but it just feels like it gets blown way out of proportion.

People faces get blown out of proportion and that is big deal. If number of Off-models became higher than decent ones, it's not something that can be just putten aside as minor detail.

at least if the quality didnt go "quality" like that naruto episode quality (you should know which one ) i dont really complain about it, iam the type of person who have low expectation when watching anime in term of quality, i watch from the youtube afterall.

even if i download, i just look for 480 stuff since iam going to put it in my ipad.

Now that I think about it, the menu screen that popped up when Shadow Lurk was used might be there to explain how people came up with/knew the names for them. Doesn't mean it's right, but it's an idea.

Personally I would like to think this might be what really happened. Since everyone who has mastered an Overskill keeps saying how lame/silly the whole thing is, it would be rather strange if they would still make a conscious effort to come up with some grand name for what would just be an alternate application of their existing abilities

There weren't any in the first season. Are you somehow under the misguided assumption that this one will be any different? Fixes/improvements made for the home video release have always been the exception, not the rule when it comes to anime. So if you're expecting some Studio Shaft level revisions come the BD release you're delusional. What you see, is what you get. Y'all don't like it? Wish it were better? Too bad.

Most series receive little to no touch ups. Recent examples outside of Shaft series like Attack on Titan and Psycho Pass are again the exceptions. Often times, even when fixes are made, they're so minor most people won't even notice them unless they're specifically pointed out. Is the Order a Rabbit is a pretty good example of this.

2chu4u :P

Don't really mind the animation. Could be more janky with low budgets.

It's not Chunni enough if there's no "Lucifer" or "Lilith" or "Dragon" or "Divine" in the names

What episode did Seine first cameo in? Episode 1? Because I swear that she used the same skill/animation in this episode and that one. Not particularly complaining because the animation isn't bad, I just found it amusing. Maybe it's her primary/main skill.

Notably Fate/Zero second season had not received much fix. IIRC, Saber vs Berserker still got cut short.

*owns both DVD boxes*

Yup. I guess either folks were a bit unimaginative, or that's what we might call her signature move XD
