lots of good scenes with Tetra.

Hope we find out more about Nureha next season..or maybe she just show up for one scene at the end of the season again.

The payoff better be good if they keep teasing us with her.

At the beginning of this episode I thought, "Hey, whatever happened to Crusty?" so it was good they at least touched on that. I still want to know though.

But Kanami looks really fun, so I can wait.

It should be obvious by now. It's overskill.

... I wonder if it could used for long distance transportation.

Well, it happened back in Episode 6 thanks to her ominous weapon.

@Tenzen12

If Akatsuki has the power to transport herself through long distances, there's a possibility that she could teleport beyond Yamato.

But you would have to transport Naotsugu first, that's weak point of this plan...

My opinion: the Akatsuki/Naotsugu thing, while amusing, is just that, a visual gag and not going to be a sign of her being able to teleport long distances.

I liked it, though I admit I'm getting tired of the Minori/Akatsuki thing. At least Akatsuki was worried about the possible old crush and not Minori this time around.

A mostly filler episode, except for the end and the scene with Missa.

Tetra is such a troll, so now the crafters are creating magical implants, i hope no one will play the mad scientist and experiment on landers.

I wonder if Indicus really look down that much on Shiroe or it was just part of her spiel to control Nureah.

I am start wonder, if gradually even non cooks became able cook doesn't that that there might be plenty of classes that became redundant by time?

Honestly, why the hell do those shows almost always have those overly evil villains? Sure, have them be those that lived already at the transported place, but are there really evil overlord like people in the normal world that play MMOs? It is too stupid in my eyes -.-

True evil exists. It's rarer than some might think, but it does. Reminds me of some reviewers for Schindler's List commenting that Goeth was 'too evil to be believable' and more, when the fact is, he did everything in the movie pretty much and did -other things besides-. The man had a torture cellar and liked to shoot people with rifles from his rooftop.

I thought they got her pretty right, she's a real piece of work in the LN.

Sure, there might be some people that are this, but how many of them would play MMOs? And especially also would play on release of a new expansion.

During when the original Ultima Online was around, there were plenty of the first PK players and cheaters, which were not nice and even considered evil at that time. They reveled in the suffering of others. Now, expand this to whatever time Log Horizon is in, with MMOs being a lot more popular, with more types of people enjoying them. There is always the chance that there are some sick people hiding behind a computer just itching to cause suffering for others.

This

Remember that Elder Tales was based on older MMOs like Everquest and Ultima Online where it was absolutely brutal and knowledge was kept to yourself, rather than shared on wikis.

What saved you in Ultima Online from PKers were 1) Groups 2) Guilds. PKers knew not to kill players of certain guilds otherwise they'll be hunted and killed on sight.

The Mmorpg where You are most likely to find those is EVE Online.

Have you played MMOs?
It's like a sociopath festival.

I loled at the fact that even the kids see Tetra is a trap but poor Naotsugu is clueless. "Its so obvious! Should we tell him?"
