It looked to me like Akatsuki forgot about the other world almost immediately after she woke up, aside from a few fragmented feelings.

nice episode, I'm surprise with the end, that scythe is really scary.
It was nice development for Akatsuki and it look like she even was able to pass christmas with Shiro too.

I wonder what happened to Krusty, maybe he got teleported to some sort of hell dimension. Woops, guess he won't be bored anymore.

Kind of hope Crusty wasn't obliterated from reality or something. That looked pretty darn serious. Considering how reality is changing who knows what happened to Crusty there. Hopefully not dead...that would be too bad.

I guess this means they should stop choosing weapons based on cool appearance and take care that they don't have terrible meanings attached to them.

A necessary step for Akatsuki even if it wasn't the most comfortable situation for her there. Although I'm not sure I'd be able to accept a lecture from the person who pretty well treats Akatsuki as a doll to play with. Well of course she never turned to you for help before .

Yay, finally things are getting interesting again. Wow, that one scene with Crusty and Sansa was pretty shocking. I take it Sansa's weapon has some lore on it that might cause it to be a cursed weapon.

I don't think her scythe's flavor text was ever mentioned in the story itself, ever, but it was revealed in her profile in volume 4, so I don't know if saying it counts as a spoiler or not.

All the adventurers should be informed that anyone with equipments that carry an ominous flavor text is advised to destroy/drop/sell it immediately for their safety, though I imagine most probably can't bear to do it.

On another note, the scene in the afterworld was great. All kinds of bitter sweet feeling that make you feel you gotta do better if there is another chance. Akatsuki was very cute with the orange coat and red low heels, playing in the water, sitting quietly beside Shiroe who pats her on the head, wiggling her toes. I like that they also left us with a beautiful shot of Akatsuki which is a reference to an official art. Happy for her that she finally found her way to her friends.

There goes at least 50% of all top tier raiding gear in the game

Lesson learned: roll a Cleric or Druid because their gear has a much lower chance of having ominous or otherwise harmful flavor text

Um, I think they should at least purify the weapon, thus changing its flavor text.

Apart from Krusty and Misa's right hand disappearing, it seems that the goblins are stepping up instead of doing the same attack patterns as the original. If that's the case, those raid bosses too are learning from their mistakes, making them harder enemies like in Dark Souls.

Looks like now they're screwed more than ever before.

Considering how many RPG weapons have ominous backgrounds or descriptions, they're in trouble. Whatever happened to Krusty looks bad enough as is. Cute Roderick puppet, nice to see the Adventurers in Akiba are still working on their knowledge. Though bigger world sounds like a bad thing, as before the top-level players could fly around on griffins between cities in a few days, but that sounds like its going to get harder. And good thing Akatsuki got that potion from Shiroe fast, can't imagine the show without adorable Akatsuki.

Speaking of Akatsuki, beautiful music when she was at... um, wherever she was. The afterlife or something, whatever place it is Adventurers go when they're temporarily dead? Well, who knows at this stage. Peaceful but haunting place, going there after every death would probably be traumatic, as William mentioned, even with only a vague impression left. Akatsuki doesn't seem to remember much, and its not like anybody else has described it in detail after reviving. Nice to see what Akatsuki looked like in real life too. At least she did meet up with her lord on Christmas Eve (just too bad both of them had to die to meet up), and now she seems to have somewhat gotten over her issues so hopefully now they can deal with their serial killer.

To be honest I found dissaperence of Crusty rather heavy-handed.

Charasin: Bad flawor texts are bad
Misa: I have bad flawor text
...
BANG

We already new that SDC investigate that metter, it wouldn't be bad if they reaveal whole thing after incident.

Nah, cooking looks unrelated to world fraction, considering only meals that can be created by anyone are void of... well of cooking itself. Salad is simply mixing ingredience for example.

Instead of result changes, it's seems to be just on of many new discoveries crafting guilds (and not just them) do every day.

Agreed, if there is anything I want to complain about LH anime story telling, it is to stop reveal things before it actually happen plzz

Actually, it is. It was shown in West Wind Brigade side story that, at the start of catastrophe, non-chef characters can't even make a simple salad. An act of cutting vegetable into pieces itself is considered cooking thus turn any veggie into jelly. It seem the rule is now more and more lax.

Misa's scythe's description from volume 4:

Calamity Hearts: God of Death's scythe, which was said to cause calamities with a single swing. A cruel weapon which grants high critical rate with multiple hits. A rare item with high popularity due to not only its performance, but also due to its ill-omened, divine design.

Looks like the Round Table will have to start regulating and montoring all the blacksmiths in Akihabara now... Another new headache for them. This is a truly memorable Christmas for them.

But still, is there any way to have ominous flavor text but with benefits outweighing the negatives?

another new episode another new scene with those trio, i cant get enough from them

woa, people who play opposite gender will become one with their chosen gender both physical and mentally? i dunno... in nowadays i think that would be some kind of dream come true for some people i guess

looting new equipment got a little bit strict, might want to think twice before you loot that epic gear after you kill those evil boss lol. which, make me think though, what happen if you pick up "frostmourne"

in case anyone wonder whats the flavor text. "Whomsoever takes up this blade shall wield power eternal. Just as the blade rends flesh, so must power scar the spirit."
