I had no preconceived notions (not a manga reader) and I still agree with this! I like the actress but that casting doesn't really seem to fit the character design at all. Pretty sure we'll get used to it but initial impressions aren't great.

According to TV Tokyo's schedule (which is scheduled to premiere in October 11), the anime is slated to air on Tuesday nights, replacing Tokyo Mew Mew New's first season but will be replaced by Birdie Wing's second cour for next season.
Who knows if its secretly going to be split 2-cour.
