I'm surprised Six is so indifferent towards actual romance. This appears to upset many of the women around him; most of all Astaroth, Snow, and Grimm. Falling in love with him is just asking for disappointment, unless you're a fan of insults, harassment, and blatant rejection... He makes Kazuma Satou look like a charmer in comparison.

Official Translation haven't stopped. It's due to the Japanese release only getting a new volume every year or so.
Yen Press had caught up and the newest Japanese volume came out last summer. It takes about a year for all the licensing / preparation to take place before the English volume comes out. On the Yen Press site, it's coming out in Summer 2023.
The reason why Seven Seas and JNC can release their volumes so fast is because they separate physical and digital releases while Yen Press releases them both at the same time.
