I see that there's only one male character in the visuals ? Is this a harem ?

No and from what little I read I didn't even see any love triangle forming either (though with Okada you never know). There are more male characters to balance things out a bit. They just show up a bit later.

It's not a harem but it does have love triangles.

If it's not harem, then I'd like to watch it, but there's only one problem though..... the character designs for the girls are not as cute as I prefer them to be...... Does this mean it has more serious elements than comedic elements ?

I'd prefer something more comedic-focused, like Gamers! , Blend S ( Blend S has 2 implied romantic pairings ) or Tsuredure Children.

Not necssarily. Sentai has been running its own streaming service, HiDive, lately. It doesn't automatically share videos with Crunchyroll anymore.

Well, that's currently in my 'show of the season' slot for now, not sure if anything's going to top it.

Tomoyo Kurosawa (playing Hongou) does seem to be channeling Satomi Arai in places, but that worked for me.

Top marks to whoever chose the insert song for that scene, by the way.
