There, clarified it for you, since I cannot recall of any incident where Sena ever tries to hurt Yozora.
I have already clarified what I meant by my statement about Yozora's bullying, you fail to acknowledge any of it in the rest of your post. And yeah, I hate bullies, no matter how people might try to excuse said behavior. |

I'm not sure shutting down Sena's game before she could save would be considered bullying, unless it happened frequently (it's still a dick move), but Sena DOES get mistreated by Yozora frequently, and Kodaka usually does little to nothing to stop it.
She still has it. She wore it in episode 6 this season, when she dressed up as a maid.

But then, as usual, a helping hand from the God of their world re-balance everything towards Sena again. Remember how in s1, Sena is always getting bullied by Yozora. Now in s2, Yozora is getting the karma. |

Sena herself said all she did was to do the normal stuff in class. Sure that can be called effort as well, but it's minimum effort and that's the point. With just that little bit, she can go a long way.

I'm not sure how far the parallel between Shiina and Sena should be taken. Shiina's artistic talent is something that's extremely rare, to the level of genius/prodigy. Sena's academic aptitude is fairly common - practically every school will have one of these people. School-based anime tend to have them too, eg Hinagiku, Kanou Sumire.

For Sena remember it's not just her studies, but her environment as well. Remember that Hina had a tough childhood while Sena doesn't... At least not that we're told.

And Sena finally wins
What a productive episode . I'm still however, pulling for Kate just a bit more than Sena. But good for her she finally pulls way ahead of Yozora. I can tell now this is going to be a contributing factor for the rest of the season. It'll be interesting how things play out. |

Corrected for accuracy. Nobody has tried to even bully Yozora yet. They have just started to fight back against her ill-intent schemes, by just being straight forward with her. If anything, it really showed that Sena is very concerned about Yozora and actually has no ill intent towards her at all. The only thing she ever does is bicker with Yozora, which friends do.
And, IMO, ogon_bat is correct in his assessment. If you take the incident of shutting off Sena's game by itself, then yes, it really is not a big deal. Mean spirited and jackass, yes, but not a big deal if it was an isolated incident. However, as ogon_bat pointed out, this is a continuous and series of these small, random acts of aggression that truly does constitute as bullying. Continuos, unwarranted, and directed acts of unkindness towards a specific person who does want it is considered as bullying or harrassing. In that sense, Sena can also be considered as harrassing Kobato, although her actions are actually kind and giving instead of aggression. However, it is still unwanted (until after the fact, which Kobato always appreciates anything Sena does for her), so it can be considered harrassment.

Maybe a bit off-topic here, but Yozora's reaction about Kodaka's/Sena's engagement got me thinking; if, ultimately, there needed to be a decision by Kodaka to choose between Sena and Yozora, who would he choose? Based on the episodes thus far, I'm inclined to lean heavily in the Sena camp, not even considering the blatant attempts to quasi-ship them together(like Kodaka's trips to Sena's house for one example); just by their typical interactions with one another. HOWEVER, Sena seems pretty independent of needing any type of relationship, whereas Yozora seems like she'd seclude herself away in despair. Even though I shouldn't, I'm particularly emotional with such characters, thus I have the feeling that Yozora needs Kodaka more than Sena. Does that mean she deserves him? Not at all. But I'd rather see that than her spiraling into some kind of withdrawn shut-in =0(.
