Eps. 4
It's funny how Yuu turned full Yandere when here overly active imagination went wild. This episode goes to show that Koizumi gets along well with the other girls, except for for the overly hyper stalker. Lol. Ramen is life and we get Ippudo, convenience store ramen as well as first class ramen featured in this show. I really like easy 'guided tour' around Tokyo that the show seems to present. |

I have to say I like this so far. The ramen is awesome. I only have two problems. First is just a pet peeve of mine: inconsistent bust. Misa looked awfully stacked in her first central episode, but after that not so much and this episode you'd think she's an A-cup. Is it really that hard to keep breasts the same size? My other problem is Yuu. She just seriously annoys me. Koizumi herself and the other girls are great, but I just find myself constantly thinking "when will this girl get the hint?" It's strange. Even when watching comedies centered on stalkers I generally am able to like the "hero", but this chick just annoys me. And it's not because it's a girl pursuing a girl either, I have little if any issue with that stuff.

I like how the music that played while Koizumi-san was in the German ramen house was reminiscent of Kraftwerk - who happen to be from Düsseldorf, the home of Germany's largest Japanese community, the EKO-Haus, and Japan Day in Düsseldorf. Although, the German centre for the Japan Foundation is in nearby rival city Cologne.
So, if they show a French ramen place, will it have music inspired by Daft Punk? ("Ramen Access Memories", perhaps...)
