with 3 shows this summer it would make sense

plus 2 of the shows are high budgeted and nnb is going to be their relaxing show

I like the design.

Silver link will be doing this? I'm not familiar with the staff so I don't know their past work so I don't have a clue.

Strike the blood is the other good adaptation of silver link for novel. Its passable.

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu is also from Silver Link, as well as Tasogare Otome x Amnesia.

As for the staff:
Tomoyuki Kamamura - He directed Kamigami no Asobi and is a more experienced episode director.
Kento Shimoyama - Most notably did the series composition of the Bleach anime and Servant x Service. He will also do the series composition in the upcoming Shomin Sample adaptation.
Kousuke Kawamura - Did the character designs for Mayo Chiki and OniAi.

ah, I fogot about bakatest. its just that bakatest animation felt shaft like that I even forgot about it.

I think c3 novel is also from silver link and it also has that shaft feel to it when its been animated. I hate the ending.

I'm not familiar Tasogare Otome x Amnesia. I probably didn't watch it.

There's a reason for the SHAFT-like style of Silver Link: some of the productions of Silver Link are directed by Shin Oonuma, who with Tatsuya Oishi form Team Shinbo. Oonuma later forms Silver Link with former members of J.C. Staff, and that J.C. Staff feel is most evident with Strike the Blood.

Considering that Silver Link only becomes SHAFT if Shin Oonuma is involved, it's safe to expect that this series won't be SHAFTy this time.

What?? Yoshimasa Hosoya is voicing takeru?? oh come on silver link I expected someone much more suitable....
Heck I don't like the choice of voice actor for ouka either.
Oh well they might sound better in actuality though... at least the promotional poster looks good. Dem legs!

It is rather dark here and there, but aside of that it's pretty standard fare, that can't offer much novelty, but depending on budgets should have some awesome battles at least.

Also it has one decent girl.
