Has anyone else noticed how these characters are almost a dead ringer for those in Blade Dance design-wise?

The art looks very much like an inferior version of Campione! and that would be because they belong in the same genre, animated by the same studio and have the same animation character designer too!

In other notes, the premise itself is bound to be uninteresting, however I can concur that the MC looks like a legitimate badass: the less amount of Gary Stu, the better, even if he won't really save the anime much.

I read the synopsis and it doesn't seem to have the problems Mahouka had with its characters.

Who wouldn't like Aoi Yuuki and Ayane Taketatsu singing?

But damn, the song sounds like Kirino performing an opening theme song of Maschera.

Fortunately, it's better than ALI PROJECT and reminds me of the ending theme song of Princess Resurrection.

I feel oddly about the OP... Ali Project should never compose for anyone other than themselves. If Arika was singing it, it'd make sense. But for those singers, it doesn't really fit their vocal styles. And that's all before I even get into how AliPro's trademark "sound" just doesn't fit this series to begin with, imo. The whole thing's just weird.

i know im prob gonna get a lot of hate for this but... do you think it will be like dragonaur which was bad or better than blade dance(this was actually good, but still suffered from its genre's).

i hope it will be like Madan no Ou, serious but not to serious, it can have its fun once in a while.

I just fixed the link in a few minutes, but if the event broadcast is anything to go by, I just hope they show a PV, as I watched the small CM it had after Kokkuri-san ended while watching live, and speaking of it the animation isn't so bad. I'll check the CM again later.
