In all seriousness, I think there’s a fundamental difference between Tsuda and Hanae in that Tsuda is a very good actor who’s way overexposed. Hanae is just a guy who delivers the same shtick over and over on loop. Admittedly Tsuda doesn’t have great range himself, but he’s certainly got a bigger strike zone than Hanae and he’s a better hitter in it.

And I know people say “Odd Taxi” but come on, it just sounds like Hanae at a party putting on a weird voice for a laugh.

I am not a Hanae fan but I still think you are biased here. Leave the dude alone, he has two kids to feed after all if I am not mistaken. If he gets work, good for him.
I, for example, bothered by Hayamin getting so much work, including some series I like (as I think she does sound the same 95% of time), but a lot of people like her. And a lot of people like Yuki Kaji for example, so they are getting more work.

Hanae's ability to feed his kids is not going to be impacted by what some random guy says on an English-speaking forum, believe me.
Nor is it relevant to his merits as a seiyuu, whatever you think about those...

Beam from Chainsaw Man. He played two distinct versions of guys with the same face in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. Compare any of his more genuine awkward nice guy roles with Makabe Masamune.
