yeah, why didn't author focus more on kanaxsatou? their backstory is more interesting since they has red string, they relationship remind me of the possible outcome of naruyukixmafuyu from bokuben.

Well, Kana x Satou couple is very stable, at least after Satou's graduation they will be together because they are very close. But another couples...gdmnt, it's trash, from second to fifth couple, just trash.
P.S. I remember, when I was very glad when from 4 chapters we got another six chapters (from Golden Times oneshots to Why are you here, Sensei)

last chapter was a proof that they're already dating, even kana has spare key of his apartement. so i assume they did it.

yeah i agree about another couple, the story is so repetitive, no chemistry, just another fan service.
i dropped it around 16. don't bother to read it again.
