The Summoner+Ritual Race have around 7000 hp at lv90, thats more then i thought.

Akatsuki moments were great as always, and it seems like there are a lot of adjust glasses commands going around this episode.

Seeing the characters adjust their glasses every episode gives me a slight sense of joy somehow. The show's doing a better job at spearing the awesomeness of being a glasses wearer than Meganebu! is.
Thanks to this and countless other series I watched before this, I always adjust my glasses by pushing it at the middle instead of holding it at the sides, I also observed that I'm the only one I know who's doing it that way lol.

looks like the villain in glasses' plan doesn't only include buying out hamelin's building. I got bored when they only showed them talking about their plans this episode and it looks like that will be the case again in the next episode but at least, because I can't figure out shiroe's plans yet, things are still quite interesting for me.

good thing mobs respawn in this world eh? otherwise they'll soon run out of meat and they'll need to learn agriculture and animal husbandry to keep selling those crescent moon burgers.

He has more HP than the level 90 human summoner. Clearly there must be things besides just your race and class that can determine your HP as you level up.

Gear would be more than likely.

Status are all the same because it looks like its linear status increase for each level. So gears and items will determine the difference from each player status.

That was a really good episode. I mean, I know it was all talking but somehow seeing how the negotiations worked really made things interesting. Also feel bad for the girl stuck in Hamelin....

Lastly, Marielle is turning out to be a great character and I look forward to seeing gifs of her expressions in this episode...

By "negotiations" we mean "fraud".

Fraud? There was no fraud going on. Everything that was agreed upon was completely true, open, and aboveboard. Just because the guilds chose to believe that the funds they were providing were going to some purpose other than the one they're actually going to doesn't make it fraud.

Well, saying that it was a quest -- or rather, implying that there was a quest was a kind of fraud on Henrietta's part, wasn't it? Because she deliberately tried (and succeeded) to mislead the three guild leaders.

And the part about releasing the recipes ... isn't technically false. They released recipes, all right ...

Ehh... no. that statement would be laughed at in court. And no, it was not open as conditions were undisclosed and misled.
By legal definition, misleading allegations as well as concealment of information required for disclosure are also considered fraudulent.

Intentionally misleading the others into handing over money is the most commonly practiced method of fraud.
You don't have to outright lie to defraud someone you know.

Remember Shiroe and Henrietta's conversation. "there are no rules". "Gain money" taking advantage of lack of laws.
This is exactly what he was talking about in that scene.

It's the best kind of scam. One where the scammed is the one making up the lie himself.

As far as I could tell, they were buying into a partnership with Crescent Moon on the agreement that they would share the profits from the means of making food that has taste and from whatever Crescent Moon's current plan is when the plan was finished. They chose to accept that arrangement without clarification on their own. They knew they weren't being told the whole story, and they chose to accept the terms anyway, making assumptions about what the rest of the story was. As far as I can tell, they are still going to get everything they paid for, so it's not like they're losing anything. You can't argue fraud when the so-called defrauding party completely holds up their end of the deal. They'll get the means to make food, and the benefits from Shiroe's operation. The fact that the money will probably be used for a property purchase rather than quest preparation isn't really material: they are still going to get the things that they agreed to pay that money for.

The production guild members were more interested in what was implied rather than the cooking method. They wanted to be part of this "high level quest" more than the McDonald's thing (not exactly sure why EVERY anime has to name Mc[name] we all know what it means but thats tangent to what i was saying) while food making would be nice they were sold on the quest that needs 5mil to complete. So in this case, yea it was fraud.

Well, I guess it depends. All they said is that they needed the 5 millions to enter some kind of task - and they let them believe that task implied huge profits if successful. If whatever Shiroe has in mind IS indeed profitable, then they didn't really lie and they will have profits to share - quest or not, the investors won't have any reason to complain. If there are no profits, however, it's a different matter :heh.

I don't think it was actually called McCrescent ... it's just a fan nickname that people came up with, so they stuck it in everywhere. On the Baka-Tsuki translation, it's just Crescent(Moon (the parenthesis representing the moon symbol that I'm too lazy to copy-paste).

I can conclude this episode as.... money conquered everything

I enjoy every single negotiation they made.. I'm expecting a little struggle but it was going too smooth.
Poor Akatsuki... seems like she already know her role to comfort Henrietta.. hahaha

next episode should be more superb since we're talking with battle-lover guild
and I guess Touya-Minori will take some action as well
anyway, Shiroe is soooo famous
